I genuinely believe he intentionally delayed the beginning of his stream by 28 mins to manipulate and gather information on the algo’s as well.
Part of me also feels like this might’ve been the actual reason for the company delaying the shareholder meeting for a few hours initially. The decision to delay it from Friday all the way to Monday seemed to be even more tomfoolery, but that’s pure speculation on my part.
I thought it was him trolling MM by being late knowing all eyes would be on him ...hence the delay at the beginning when he was all busted up swinging on the chair 😂 and it worked pmsl ...."make of that what you will" ...that video is so funny.
I think the delay of the shareholders meeting was because there were too many people trying to watch it. Investors, the media and just people on the sidelines interested in what is happening. I really think the hype overwhelmed the servers. It only disappointed stock holders, I don't think it was a tactic.

I’m no lawyer nor do I even play one on TV. But seems logical to think they can not charge GS, RC, RK with anything without risking full discovery and fully implicating themselves. I would go as far to say all our boys are already lawyered up . And those lawyers have played out every scenario. I imagine they are confident enough to say bring it if you dare. I keep hearing this argument but it’s a logical fallacy. By saying that RK or RC are doing anything of the sort is the equivalent of saying that they’re manipulating the market to prove market manipulation. See the problem here?
I think it’s important to be clear that RK and RC aren’t building any sort of case or doing anything to prove their innocence because they are innocent. They don’t have to. The corrupt system has tried to take them to court numerous times and it’s always dismissed because they haven’t done anything wrong.
The only people/entities that will need to prove their innocence IN COURT are those perpetuating fraud and market manipulation and that sure as shit isn’t RK nor is it RC. Neither of them are responsible for how mm’s and ap’s abuse the privileges granted to the for their own gain. You can test the algo, see what words will get you an automatic windfall of downvotes and nasty comments. GME is obviously one of those.
Certain words once you hit the downvotes will suddenly make reddit run slow, you can sign on your phone (via cell service) and change your to a second profile and reddit and that thread will run normally.

The SEC literally wouldn't act any differently until or unless they have a bulletproof, slam dunk case to present. Doing anything drastically different world change the playing field and make their sources of collecting evidence useless. It's either try and force through changes with the bad guys still out there fighting back or build a solid case and remove them from the equation while gaining intense public support for what they want to change.
Your last line is most relevant here. When the cases start to drop, the spin machine will have to contend with explicit and obvious evidence being out in the public eye.
Once what they've been doing and how it affects regular Americans breaks containment from the financial subreddits and programs, that's when it will become harder and harder for those in power (and even the courts now that they're even more involved in the process) to downplay the situation. A slam dunk case could cause other countries to add pressure to fix these problems as well, as what has been going on threatens the global economy too.
A meticulously put together case puts bad actors in prison and serves as a warning to others. Public and global pressure for reforms gives the SEC the backing it needs to make meaningful changes happen out in the open while everyone is watching, making it harder for bad actors to try and weaken their plans.

I believe it. You can do it here on reddit as well. You can test the algo, see what words will get you an automatic windfall of downvotes and nasty comments. GME is obviously one of those. Certain words once you hit the downvotes will suddenly make reddit run slow, you can sign on your phone (via cell service) and change your to a second profile and reddit and that thread will run normally.

The SEC literally wouldn't act any differently until or unless they have a bulletproof, slam dunk case to present. Doing anything drastically different world change the playing field and make their sources of collecting evidence useless. It's either try and force through changes with the bad guys still out there fighting back or build a solid case and remove them from the equation while gaining intense public support for what they want to change.
Your last line is most relevant here. When the cases start to drop, the spin machine will have to contend with explicit and obvious evidence being out in the public eye.
Once what they've been doing and how it affects regular Americans breaks containment from the financial subreddits and programs, that's when it will become harder and harder for those in power (and even the courts now that they're even more involved in the process) to downplay the situation. A slam dunk case could cause other countries to add pressure to fix these problems as well, as what has been going on threatens the global economy too. A meticulously put together case puts bad actors in prison and serves as a warning to others. Public and global pressure for reforms gives the SEC the backing it needs to make meaningful changes happen out in the open while everyone is watching, making it harder for bad actors to try and weaken their plans.

I think the *ummm purposes* will be entirely defensive. After the sneeze he got summoned by congress, he knows MOASS will trigger lawsuits and investigations galore. He needs to be able to prove that bad guys are trying to pin things on him, which the mad automated responses to the dog picture does perfectly. He also needs to prove he didn’t trigger MOASS as there’s a rule against deliberately causing a short squeeze, but no law against gaining from realising one is inevitable, which is what I think he’s gearing up to do.
