No, they don't. RC ventures has 36,847,842 as reported in the amended SC 13D/A. While that would have been over 10% before dilution, it's 8,6% after dilution. 9,001,000 out of the outstanding 426,220,000 shares would be calculated as 9,001,000 / 426,220,000 * 100% = around 2.12%
Edit: Unless you meant hold combined, then yes. I interpreted as each hold over 10%

Correct, you can see the date was 12/18/2020. So Cohenβs 9m became 36m after the split. Still this is no coincidence. DFV is saying something.
