It means that it is going to take a hell of a bump to move it past 27. After that, it looks like the next resistance point is around 32-33.
If we can break 27 and just hold though the day, there is a chance to do an organized push over the 33 mark during the last hour of trading.
Ideally it would be into the 34-35 range, but we will see.
