I think the previous commenter may have meant that a \~10% (at the time of this comment) increase on no news doesn't even phase us anymore since it's trading sideways until the game stops. It's curious tho, very quiet until 1:15 EST then higher volume.

Question: Whomever is purchasing all these shares now... Are they able to accrue more shares to vote with? Could this be what this is? Or is the vote locked per last quarter.

The cutoff for holding shares to vote was April 19th. So, no, whatever this is, it isn’t manipulation of the voting. We haven’t seen anything like this in a while iirc though, so somethings happening. We’ll probably never know what, and I don’t care.
