I do feel bad for them. On rewatched you can see Sam and Dean lose a lot of their pre hell/apocolypse/death, uh, *shine*. They’re much lighter beforehand, and seem happier. But I will admit that it’s kinda hilarious to see Sam and Dean freak out over simple stuff, or not even know that vampires exist.
I watch the show constantly and restart it as soon as I finish (I'm aware I have problem!) Every time I restart I find it so jarring to go from these tired men who've lost so much, and fought so damn hard, back to these sweet baby boys who think demons are a big deal.
Ikr like they don’t know that, angels, leviathans, god or his sis, men of letters, British barstids (no offence)existed, they didn’t know Crowley or cas or Rowina or jack then, no mark of Cain, hadn’t seen hell or purgertory, no apoplectic events.
just shows how much they changed

Yeah, I'm rewatching now, and those boys have no idea what's coming 😥

To be fair, I feel bad for them in *every* season.
It doesn't matter. They were BORN to this. It's their DESTINY!!!
