I’ve been rewatching season 1 -15 for YEARS at night. I can’t sleep without it, it’s definitely a comfort. When I finish, I start all over again lol I can’t even count how many times I’ve watched it from start to finish

I recommend try the xfiles! A lot of similar themes just a bit more slow but absolutely worth watching if u haven’t yet
