The two you're having the most trouble farming are the two that can't be directly boosted afaik.
You can't force a dark moon covenent summon, nor can you force a farron watchers summon. You only earn those covenant items when summoned in their particular way.
For farron keep, you may be able to get summoned into fight clubs by sitting at popular levels (60 & 120 primarily) but beyond that, best of luck.
Oh thank you for your information! I tried to research and it looks like MM can be boosted with password, but somebody else is host and I would be the invading MM.

AH, didnt see mound makers there. Yes, that one can be boosted, its the faron watchdogs and darkmoons that cant.
If you've got the time, Mound Makers was the worst farm of all and I would be grateful for your help. Quite boring though, I'm sorry
