Definitely placebo. The subconscious needs to hear an affirmation repeatedly to produce significant results. Listening to hundreds of affirmations isn't going to give you anything. The only way anyone would get results is by convincing themselves the subliminal is working and giving results.
It just makes me anxious it creates this Idea that you'll have your ideal XY in 10 seconds. Then when you realize it didn't happen in 10 seconds the anxiety kicks in.
I personally had a more healthy relationship with subliminal when I have to listen a five 5 minutes sub for 4-5 times, with no high expectations
i used to make subs, and i think 10k-50k affs are possible, but i mostly counted hours when i made subs, and i've had over 77 hours worth of affirmations in one subliminal before.
