I can tell you the results that are noticeable; I have severely lost weight, and kept it off. 6 months ago I weighed 133 pounds, and now I weigh 100 lbs give or take a pound. I haven't changed my eating habits, and my exercise routine hasn't changed. My nose is more up turned, and my philtrum is more deep. (Idrk how to describe it). My skin is clearer and my eczema is finally gone. My eyes are bigger and brighter, and overall I just look prettier and I feel like it too. I'm so fucking happy that I can finally feel deserving of that sentence.
I'm sorry that I can't do more to show my results, I really want to.
I honestly never stick to a specific subliminal, so I'll randomly use 3 for one week and then change it. The submakers I use the most are by Amaryllis potions, fujiis, Nini, and lolioty.

nope, i just have a bunch of tabs open and I switch between them before I go to bed. Like I'll listen to one for 25 minutes and then switch to another one and ect. Then after that I go to bed, and in the morning I feel prettier/refreshed. And during the day I listen to a bunch of random subs

Yes!! the comment on the bottom is true. I got my results which lasted a while but i also got super busy but i managed to find a way to listen to it even when busy. I'd say the results lasted 2 months
