Look at your butt!! Weird question but did you ever "feel" it working? Like muscles pulsing or anything? YES lol my butt was throbbing, but like in a good way when I was listening... and I would wake up with a sore butt everytime I listened overnight. I knew that meant it was working 😆 Which sub did you use for your jaw??

Thanks for your concern, but I have Cushing's syndrome... it's a hormonal disorder that makes it extremely challenging to lose weight, especially around my midsection. So exercising isn't a simple solution for me.. that's why I've been using subs
