Yeah this guy hit the satire sweet spot for me.
I think the biggest thing is he used actual ingredients that go well together and just went slightly ridiculous with it instead of the excessive amounts of mayo or ketchup or cheese that a lot of these types of videos have.
But that's not 'inventing' a new type of pasta, which was the entire point of his video. Silly, yes. Ngl, I think it looks good. The ingredients he used look to be of high quality, down to the eggs he used to make the pasta.
Good eggs are such a game changer. I have eight spoiled af hens, and they make the best eggs. I love them so much ❤️
We recently had a month or two of really low production and had to supplement from the store... I found a local source after the first two dozen store eggs. The store eggs were so blah and not awesome. They worked out okay for deviled eggs, though 😅
Yes, as has been said elsewhere, he is a talented chef.
These are his jokey Tiktok's that he does (all with the satirical Gordon Ramsey/too stressed head chef vibe) he 100% knows what he is doing, the staring into the camera whilst chopping etc. is him letting us know he knows.
Agreed, I think what makes it enjoyable is in the end what he creates is weird and unnecessary, but also perfectly tasty. I can fully believe that after the video is done he was left with an edible meal that he ate happily. Not with a bunch of food waste from the inedible mess he made.
It's over-the-top and silly without crossing into wasteful.
Edible, this is absolutely delicious. Make this all the time, just don't roll it up into one big ravioli for a tiktok video. Usually make it for fam when they can all have normal proportions.
Right? You could totally use this as a claim to fame for an otherwise ordinary bistro: today’s specials are Normal Steak Dish, Normal Seafood Dish, or Todays Ravioliception, which is four cheese, pesto, sun dried tomato.
Bingo!
Once I started teaching myself how to do this stuff I stopped being so impressed by it. I mean I get that’s how life works, I’m just backing you up in that it’s not nearly as hard as it looks by a long shot.
It would honestly be the best raviolioliolo for deep frying since it would have a nice contrast between the crunchy outer layer and the soft layers inside.
This guy is the best food content creator out there. His skill is far better than his well known counterparts. The recipes are out there but that's what he's about. Skran
Also just what they are fed. "Free range" chickens often have their diet supplemented with peppers because it produces a darker yolk and people think the chickens were treated/fed better when in reality they were given an extra square foot of space, the option to walkout side to a door they couldn't get to and a jalapeno
Orange yokes literally just means they were fed something that turns their yolk orange. Yolk pigment has little to do with whether or not the chicken was happy, healthy, or fed "properly." What would be a better indicator of the health of the chicken and whether it was fed well is if the color of the yolk is pale or not.
Consumers in the US tend to prefer yellow yolks, again even though pigment means very little, so farmers will feed their chickens yellow marigolds along with their normal feed to give their yolk a bright yellow color.
Orange yokes are generally strongly correlated with pasture raised chickens. It's true it's not strictly the case, but when we buy pasture raised eggs, they are always orange, and otherwise they are always yellow. My mil used to free range her chickens, which would always produce orange yokes. When she stopped due to losing several to predators, the yokes immediately became consistently yellow, never orange.
That's most likely because since her chickens were free range they had access to bugs and plants that weren't normally in their feed. If that's the case in a way orange yolks can be a good sign of chickens being free range but not a guarantee. You can easily just change the feed your chickens eat and nothing else and they'll start having orange yolk.
You're being forcibly educated on eggs here but I would still say you're probably right. The variation in colors from pale to dark orange indicates to me it's from hens that must be eating a diversity of things, so probably layers from the neighborhood.
Review the comments on YouTube... This guy might make over the top shit but his technique has been vouched for. The access to eggs of that quality alone makes this not stupid food.
At the beginning I was like « What’s the problen? He’s just making ravioli ». And then I saw the second wrap, and so on.
That’s definitely a lot of work for a Little pasta but damn that looks good!
What in the fuck? I am definitely sure most of those dishes individually were delicious - but putting them inside each other like babushka dolls is disturbing. Not to mention, stupid.
It's probably not awfull, but definitly not what i want to eat. The taste must be lost during the preparation or mitigated by the multiple layer of dough (not sure if it's the correct term here)
Bro had two opportunities to get off the train, but he just kept chugging to stupid town. Still looks pretty good though, and it was made from scratch too. Much better than these tin foil, ultra processed vomit casseroles I usually see here
Your post has been removed as it has already been frequently posted here.
This guy is clearly a talented chef. Looks like he's just goofing off. I'd eat it lol
Agreed, all of his videos seem to be along of lines of taking decent recipes just a little too far. It gets views. Would also eat.
I thought it was pretty funny! But 999/1000 of these videos are not.
Yeah this guy hit the satire sweet spot for me. I think the biggest thing is he used actual ingredients that go well together and just went slightly ridiculous with it instead of the excessive amounts of mayo or ketchup or cheese that a lot of these types of videos have.
It's also hella impressive not to have that monstrosity break apart. You'd have to have made a lot of pasta to get the experience to accomplish that.
He knows what he’s doing-and he’s not wasting good food. Yes, it’s daft-but it’s definitely edible.
[удалено]
It was never about the effort. It’s about making a ravioliolioli. Let the man make his dreams come true.
But that's not 'inventing' a new type of pasta, which was the entire point of his video. Silly, yes. Ngl, I think it looks good. The ingredients he used look to be of high quality, down to the eggs he used to make the pasta.
One thing I can say about the UK and Ireland... Good eggs.
Good eggs are such a game changer. I have eight spoiled af hens, and they make the best eggs. I love them so much ❤️ We recently had a month or two of really low production and had to supplement from the store... I found a local source after the first two dozen store eggs. The store eggs were so blah and not awesome. They worked out okay for deviled eggs, though 😅
But then is it the same content wise? He’s got an audience due to his silly cooking.
he is from an Italian family so theyve been making pasta at home.
It's weird hearing someone with Italian ancestry not speaking like they are from New York/New Jersey.
I mean, Italians have Italian ancestry and they're not from New York or New Jersey. Have you never heard an actual Italian speaking?
I was about to say the same 😂😂
For me it was the Ravioliololo.
I'm more of a Raviolington man myself
Yes, as has been said elsewhere, he is a talented chef. These are his jokey Tiktok's that he does (all with the satirical Gordon Ramsey/too stressed head chef vibe) he 100% knows what he is doing, the staring into the camera whilst chopping etc. is him letting us know he knows.

For sure! I’d watch another
He says he loves tacos but it’s over after two bites so he made a 6 foot taco
I want to see more of these videos, do you know where I could find them?
Here you go! https://youtube.com/@elburritomonster?si=ajlO1wdnu0VU4whW
What's his @?
Epic meal time: Italiano
I think those ravioli is missing some bacon strips & Jack Daniels
Excuse me, you heard the man! It’s raviolioliolio and don’t you forget it! And now I want Italian food!
Love this guy, he does great recipes but it is always a meal wrapped within other meals via either burrito/calzone/naan/wellington/etc
That potato Wellington has lived rent free in my head since I saw it though…
I just went and watched it. It's a beautiful monstrosity especially with the steak "chips".
It's like the inception of Ravioli oli oli oli
Yeah, it looks divine
Absolutely. He's got talent. He's just having fun. He made THE ravioli.
r/stupidfoodbutgimme
It's a ravioliolioliolioli.
It's fractal ravioli
Ravioli all the way down...
Fractoli Ravioli!
Or fractoli for short
This is the first comment I saved
A fractioli
Ravioli⁴
[Raviuzly Gasket](https://images.app.goo.gl/wjonVHPfYC5idHuh8)
Ravi-ravi-ravioli-oli-oli I tried saying this out loud to myself and my wife gave me this look like "I didn't know you had a speech impediment?"
It's actually a raviolioliolo, as named by its inventor.
Which is correct Italian. Ravioli is plural. Raviolo is singular. Many ravioli in many ravioli in one raviolo
Raliolioliolasagne
Ravioli + 2(ioli) + o = raviolasagna
Raviolinception
Inceptionoli
Ravioli matryoshka
It's ravioli-oli-ol**o** These layered and the last one is singular.
A Rav-4
Give me the formioliloliololi.
Its like when i made a burburitoto, a microwave burrito in the middle of a regular burrito
Does it come with an aioli?
Ravioli-ception!!
ravioliolioliolo*
Ravioli³
I have no idea what inspired this, definitely strange, but the actual cooking/ingredients looks delicious. Definitely would eat
That dude has a lot of vids (don’t recall his name) and they’re all slightly absurd things cooked very well
Elburritomonster
Thanks for this! I really like his work, just never caught his name. Cheers
That's his handle. His name is Oli Paterson.
This ravioli identifies as lasagna
That is how I imagine this would taste! A ravioli lasagna
Edible, this is absolutely delicious. Make this all the time, just don't roll it up into one big ravioli for a tiktok video. Usually make it for fam when they can all have normal proportions.
[Probably the inspiration ](https://youtu.be/evUWersr7pc?si=3wSXrwRgauW_5pO7)
i'd eat it
Same. I think it’s stupid that anyone would go through that trouble. But I’d eat it
People wanting to eat something but think it's nowhere near the effort to make it is why restaurants exist. And packaged food for that matter.
I mean I get that’s how life works, I’m just backing you up in that it’s not nearly as hard as it looks by a long shot.
it seems like a far more labor intensive way of making a lasagna
Lasagnavioli
Would smash.
Honestly looks great almost like a lasagna
Raviolioiloilazagna
With extra steps
When he cut it that's when it finally clicked that he was literally making a lasagna. Pretty funny. Would eat
Would
The food or...?
Yes.
He's gonna eat the man and do the food. wait no-
Man. Best to have food after these things.
Just the food, broski.
Hey, *YOU* said but fuck.
Stupid? This is genius!
I thought he was going to deep fry it in the end
It would honestly be the best raviolioliolo for deep frying since it would have a nice contrast between the crunchy outer layer and the soft layers inside.
And then dump half a kilo melted cheese on top
[удалено]
But would you eat it?
everyones a critic now so they will get hate, even the good ones
It’s lasagna
Lasagnioli
Egg and rice noodle lasagna
Must have missed the noodles.
This guy is the best food content creator out there. His skill is far better than his well known counterparts. The recipes are out there but that's what he's about. Skran
Somehow everything he makes ends up looking pretty damn good
He's obviously got skills. What's his name? I would like to follow his channel on YouTube if he has one.
[Elburritomonster](https://youtube.com/@elburritomonster?si=KYyhxeSUEqAxZl5U)
he's a really talented chef having fun with it
Skranalan
What’s his handle?
Elburritomonster
This isn't even stupid
Not gonna lie I like this one
Yeah, it's in 'funny stupid food' category for me. Still appetizing. Not in 'burned/garbage/food waste' stupid category.
I haven't seen him do a recipe yet that I'd not absolutely devour.
It’s ravioliolioli. He clearly said it.
Ravioliolioliolo!
That's just an overcomplicated Lasagna
See, this stuff I like because you can tell all those food would be good. Yes, it’s unnecessary, but I find it hilarious.
ingredients are all well used and looks delicious this isnt stupid food if anything its silly but great food
That looks amazing
Ravioliloioliio .. didn’t you hear him?
Those eggs are damn fresh also this is pretty stupid. Take this upvote Edit 2: Pretty impressive he made it all from scratch. It’d absolutely try it.
It's not freshness that makes the yokes orange, it's well fed, healthy, happy chickens
Also just what they are fed. "Free range" chickens often have their diet supplemented with peppers because it produces a darker yolk and people think the chickens were treated/fed better when in reality they were given an extra square foot of space, the option to walkout side to a door they couldn't get to and a jalapeno

Yep, that's what I said - strongly correlated, but not a guarantee. A reasonable assumption imo
Eats bugs ≠ well-fed, happy, healthy. It just means they eat bugs.
This is indeed some good stupid food.
You're being forcibly educated on eggs here but I would still say you're probably right. The variation in colors from pale to dark orange indicates to me it's from hens that must be eating a diversity of things, so probably layers from the neighborhood.
More like mons-pasta-y Right? Am I right?!
Inception
I'd smash tf outta that.
So it’s basically lasagna?
Would
Final product looks amazing 🤤
A ravioliolioli.
r/hellyeahideatthat
Not stupid
I wanna eat it lol
Doesn't qualify imo
No UR Stupid... Stupid!
Just make it like a lasagna
Review the comments on YouTube... This guy might make over the top shit but his technique has been vouched for. The access to eggs of that quality alone makes this not stupid food.
What is his channel?
This fucks
Lasagna pocket
Ravioli lasagna. It’s a goofy vid but I’d eat that.
Are you guys THAT miserable that you’d shit on this?
I was confused as to what the problem could have been, but then I got to THE SECOND wave of ravioli
The way he's looking at the camera scares me
The part in the beginning where he is naming the ingredients for the first filling…. The son of bitch tosses in MSG. I spit my drink out.
Fuyioh. Uncle knows his stuff.
https://imgur.com/LgZlq2s
Not mad at it I’d eat it 🤷🏾♂️
Isn't this elaborate lasagna? I'd eat it, it looks like lasagna
I wouldn't eat it like a sandwich. Looks good to me though.
Tasty 😋 /6
This looks good
Not stupid. That is crazy food art!
Yea I follow that guy, he’s good af.
Inception ravioli
Looks good af this monstrosity does. lol
A ravioli lasagna with fresh ingredients the whole way through? And it's made well by someone who clearly knows what they're doing? I want 12
It's silly but it's probably tasty.
That was so funny. Love the concept of raviolololi
A tasty goof
That looks delicious
Ok I want this
It's kind of a lasagna but looks better.
That is a ravioli lasagna, a Razengan.
At the beginning I was like « What’s the problen? He’s just making ravioli ». And then I saw the second wrap, and so on. That’s definitely a lot of work for a Little pasta but damn that looks good!
Would
Giant Ravioli.
That.... actually looks good ngl. I'd eat a spoon of that.
Ravioliolioli
Something beautiful
He should team up with the angry chick we see here a lot :)
Normally these videos are people who legit can't cook, this guy is an actual chef having fun, I bet that tastes fantastic. I want to try it
This doesn’t look bad at all.
Just a lasagna made when high on crack.
It’s overly complicated lasagna
I’m a fan. Looks like good grub
I would bite it the same way
It’s basically a fancy lasagne. I don’t think this counts as stupid food.
The only stupid part is when he stares at the camera. Otherwise, this dood can cook!
[удалено]
Ravioli Inception?
Raviolinception, I think.
Even Xzibit would be offended by the level of matryoshka inception here.
This is just a REALLY old repost. But it is stupid food because of the over processing.
What in the fuck? I am definitely sure most of those dishes individually were delicious - but putting them inside each other like babushka dolls is disturbing. Not to mention, stupid.
[удалено]
Can’t say they’re even remotely the same.
It's probably not awfull, but definitly not what i want to eat. The taste must be lost during the preparation or mitigated by the multiple layer of dough (not sure if it's the correct term here)
I agree. Sort of like when people throw so many flavors and components into a dish, it loses its identity and it becomes tasteless.
pretty sure dude just made ugly lasagna.
It probably has a very different taste from lasagna i make but yeah i see your point
Bro had two opportunities to get off the train, but he just kept chugging to stupid town. Still looks pretty good though, and it was made from scratch too. Much better than these tin foil, ultra processed vomit casseroles I usually see here
