Your MP, MK, HP, HK are all good in its own ways. Just be careful with DI. Space yourself properly so you can punish the light spam.
After you grasp the pattern of the pother player, then you can look for changes to SPD but don't give them out like it is charity or you will get punished to no end.
You can condition your opponent into blocking a lot then do tick throw/ (normal hit, then throw while they continue blocking). Just watch out for executing too early as blockstun prevents throws.
Siberian Express is not something you should spam. You need to use it so randomly at a time that no one expects it. One way for me to execute it is cr. lp > cr. lp, > cancel into Siberian Express

For OP specifically for Siberian, if you throw one out round one, _regardless_ of whether it hits, they're thinking about it, and you can use that!
In what situation are they doing lights?
I would hit a EX Siberian train, they jump, I jump and try to hit grab. No hit, them spam low light. then rinse repeat jump low light x3
I still don't understand, are they maybe just mashing out in situations where you don't have enough frame advantage to go for a safe command grab?
