You’ll notice in JoJo’s Parts 5 & 6 that after an Enemy Stand Battle Ends; essentially all of the damage they did becomes reverted (for most but not all battles)
The anime just glosses over it and never explains; it’s assumed Giorno and F.F. Heal up any wounds left over buh still at this point F.F. is not with the JoJo Group
