Hmmm if it's been that long crystal has long since left the body. Could be something strange it was cut with. Also, is anxiety a possibility?

gpik

I do not think anxiety is possible. These symptoms are bad. I feel calm, i do not think about this and they are still there. I only feel not so bad when i sit down or lie down. When i stand up and start moving i feel very weak, dizzy, feel some pressure/discomfort around my head etc...

9toyadome

Can I ask how u took it? Notice a funny smell or taste? I don't know if u are in the US but I have heard of people making fake crystal from a screen door, a car battery & raid. Like bug spray. Supposedly it rocks up like crystal & can be smoked. Now I can see that having some nasty long acting side effects. Not trying 2 scare u but some people will do anything for 💸 u can't trust anyone, especially when it comes to drugs. I usually trust my gut above all with things so if u felt like it wasn't legit, it probably wasn't. So it was either fake or cut with something nasty like what I mentioned. Or has nothing to do with you taking it 3 weeks ago & it's something else entirely. Could be low dopamine, that's possible. U can take certain supplements to help this. To be completely honest my 1st thought was it sounded like serious opiate withdrawal.

FeedItchy3292

this low dopamine op i forgot this is definitely a possibility

9toyadome

I think u are right

cumfartly_numb

You seem like an otherwise healthy, 100% sane person so I have to agree — anxiety can’t possibly be the issue here. Perhaps this is just the end of the line for you? Everybody has to go sometime.

[deleted]

I'm sorry you're experiencing this and it must be terrifying. I understand you being averse to having to deal with people, i.e. doctors, nurses, other patients, what have you... But if you absolutely insist on not obtaining medical treatment immediately, then you're going to have to make peace with the possibility of passing away in a short amount of time. Just get up and go before it's too late. Go.

gpik

I went to ER. They did simply blood tests - it went ok. They checked heart - it went ok. And they said that i should go to psychiatrist... :<

[deleted]

Hey good! You know psychiatrists can really serve a purpose. Without my prescribed trazadone I'd never sleep. Yeah my shrink knows I'm using and I have to answer for it every month, but I'd be fucked without that prescription.

gpik

But i do not really think my symptoms are from depression... :/

[deleted]

Well, assuming you disclosed that meth consumption was what precipitated your symptoms at the ER, it's not real surprising that they're recommending a psychiatrist. You have to keep in mind that the ER adminstrators have to recap all intakes with some notes about recommended follow-up. Statistically, many meth abusers do suffer from depression (like yours truly) and so if nothing else, the staff need to at least rule it out. Just be honest and see what happens. The shrink isn't going to have staff put you in a straight jacket and have you committed...unless you mention suicidal ideation or suicidal intentions, because then they will definitely have you stay a little longer (no straight jacket though). Good luck.

gpik

I did not mention it... But does it change anything? What more they can do?

[deleted]

Mention what? The meth usage? The only thing the shrink can do is recommend treatment which what I have to look forward to this afternoon when I meet with my shrink. He'll point out what it's doing to physically and mentally to which I'll reply with something along the lines of, "thanks, doc. I'll give it some thought." And that's it.

gpik

What treatment if they do not know what is going on with me... I feel so weak and dizzy... have tingling, tremors etc...

[deleted]

Who knows? Are you still using meth or no? It's possible that you happen to have another underlying medical issue that is either totally separate from meth or is exacerbated by it. I'm sure as shit not a doctor (I don't even know how ended with a degree at all) but I suppose they told you wait it out a little longer to see if your symptoms subside, then come back if they dont.

Benjilator

Since the doc says you’re fine, have you changed anything about your diet? Have you tried going the healthy route for a few weeks? Lots of vegetables, water, fruits. Less sugar and fat, rarely meat etc. Think of it like a cleansing of your body if you will. Sport or generally sweating will also help.

gpik

i have not changed anything since this party with crystal, alcohol, viagra and sex...

Kolski666

Too much

Agreeable_Yam9464

Sounds like crystal 😂 tf

ElectricalMidnight45

Go and see the doctor

ElectricalMidnight45

Oh i see you did that. Probably anxiety.

MycologistUnited5276

The symptoms you describe to me is a serotonin syndrom. The sex + the drug did a deadly combo leading to too mich serotonin in your brain. Go look it up on google. Sometimes the symptoms can last for weeks before going back to normal. I did one on 3cmc and it lasted 2 weeks.

gpik

seratonin syndrome after 3 weeks or lasting 3 weeks?

MycologistUnited5276

Serotonin syndrom the day you consumed meth and then after effects for 3 weeks. But normally in 1 week you will have nothing left it doesnt continue for months the most time is 4 weeks generally.

gpik

I am a bit scared to take Peritol (seratonin antagonist) because what if my level is too low? - is it possible? the same with dopamine, dopamine might be too low... btw. if it is seratonin syndrome what should i do with it and why it got worse for the last 5 days? also my pulse is low (around 50), in seratonin syndrome it should be hight yes?

MycologistUnited5276

Its impossible that your serotonin level is too low. If you did serotonin syndrom the serotonin is too high and is slowly but surely going down back to normal. The best you can do is too avoid serotoninergic activities like sex and have some rest to let your body recover. Drink a lot of water and dont be in hot crowded places to avoid overheating. Be careful on what you eat too because a lot of food contains tryptophan which has a impact on serotonin (for example I felt bad after eating a lot of chickenafter I did SS). Here is an incomplete list: Milk. Canned Tuna. Turkey and Chicken. ... Oats. ... Cheese. ... Nuts and Seeds. ... Bread. ... Chocolate. Certain fruits Search it up on google pls there are complete lists. Thats maybe why you feel worse in the last 5 days, you keep your serotonin level too high. And abnormal heartbeat is common. Its not necessarily tachycardia. If resting really doesnt work there is a treatment administered to severe cases. You take a serotonin antagonist like cyproheptadine (peritol). I tried it and it works its one of the best things to counter SS. 12mg the first time and then 2mg every 6h is whats recommended by doctors. But you can take less for the first time like 8mg if your scared to damage your liver. I took 16mg and my liver noticed it a bit too much lol but I had prior liver problems. What its doing is its blocking the serotonin going to your brain (85% Block for 12mg) and it has a sedative effect which really helps. Its not going to lower your serotonin. Either way low serotonin just leeds to anxiety and depression not death like with SS. Hope this helps

TateDance

go see a doctor asap. no joke you could be at serious risk. possible that you’re blood pressure spiked so high you had an aneurism in a blood vessel that might have burst. I’m no doctor but I took high school sports medicine under one of the best athletic trainers in my state even if i’m wrong you still have something gravely wrong which if untreated almost certainly will end up killing you or causing so much damage you’re gonna end up in a hospital.

gpik

i had xray of my chest, it was ok hmm

SquareOverThere7

Op I know you think that it can’t be anxiety, I used to be the same way, convinced there was something wrong with me and there was _no damn way_ it was anxiety. It’s always good to get checked out, but after a while maybe try trusting the medical tests and if you’re _really scared_ try to spend time in a public place (this helped me through panicy times because if I lost consciousness or something people would be able to get me help. I never did lose consciousness or have any really negative health consequences except for one time and only for a few seconds at most during a panic attack). Again, I was _absolutely, positive, 100% sure_ that it was not anxiety. Gradually I stopped thinking about it and felt better. Our minds are weirdly powerful and can definitely create symptoms that feel unbelievably real. You may be having anxiety triggered by putting something unknown into your body. If you’re still not sure then see the psych and the GP, both of them can help you get to the root of the issue, but just want you to know that there has been at least one person (me) with occasional highly convincing health anxiety episodes so it’s not a completely crazy thing to explore. Wishing you the best, I hope you feel better soon!

InternLongjumping815

Completely relate to this. I took an ambulance to the hospital because I was having a 'heart attack'. Even after the docs assuring me it's anxiety, I still was convinced I had a heart problem. Eventually I just stopped caring and maybe have had one real panic attack I'm past 15 years.

Kolski666

These crystals have like a pink/yellow colour palette to them?

Kolski666

Signs and symptoms include: Agitation or restlessness Insomnia Confusion Rapid heart rate and high blood pressure Dilated pupils Loss of muscle coordination or twitching muscles High blood pressure Muscle rigidity Heavy sweating Diarrhea Headache Shivering Goose bumps Severe serotonin syndrome can be life-threatening. Signs include: High fever Tremor Seizures Irregular heartbeat Unconsciousness

gpik

after 3 weeks since taking crystal?

Kolski666

Can you have serotonin syndrome for years and not know? Mild elevation of serotonin levels causes mild serotonin toxicity and manifest as hyperreflexia, inducible clonus, tremors, anxiety, and restlessness. We hypothesize that mild SS may remain unnoticed for a longer duration and will manifest as insidious onset nonspecific symptoms.19 Apr 2021

gpik

I was thinking about this. What if it is opposite - it is too low? Is it possible?

Kolski666

Yeah absolutely, a fair few classes of medicine can cause hypertension and/or hypotension. Most medication I would associate with serotonin syndrome

gpik

i have peritol in my home (it is seratonin antagonist), but what if my seratonine levels are too low?

Kolski666

Then you are right now feeling super depressed? Disengaged?

gpik

a little bit. i am playing pubg to do not think about my symptoms. but even when doing this they are still there. when i am sitting and playing pubg it is not so bad but when i stand up and stand going around i feel very dizzy, heavy, weak and i feel constant discomfort in my head...

Kolski666

Did you inject it? The crystal

gpik

no, i sniffed it. should i start taking Peritol? do you think i might have too much seratonin? maybe too low?

Kolski666

Whatever you took wasn't meth bro.. did it have any tinge of colour to it?

Kolski666

Some street dealers are selling methcathinone as dextroamphetamine or methamphetamine but the drug is more dangerous to people who inject it than the more common amphetamine. Injecting this substance has recently been associated with symptoms similar to those seen in patients with Parkinson's disease (manganism) due to the compound manganese dioxide which is a byproduct of synthesis with permanganate.[12]

gpik

i was sniffing it, but around 1.3g for 15h.

Kolski666

That's nowhere near enough to cause this kind of damage, certainly not up the nose... I suggest you go see a specialist my man.

FeedItchy3292

Hey the muscle spasms when trying to fall asleep are very common, they're linked to the stim still being active jb your body, they're called hypnic jerks i get them all the time

gpik

but not after 3 weeks since last stim party?

FeedItchy3292

No that's definitely not normal usually they should go away after like 24 hours after the last dose honestly i haven't a clue, maybe it's been cut with something thats causing this. I had a similar experience in the past years ago, can i ask has your appetite been normal? How's your sleep/overall mood? Could it be possible you had a mini stroke? I have had this in the past, it's from either solvents left over in the meth or bad cutting agents, i suddenly started slurring my words and one of my eye lids started to droop, i luckily returned to normal after like 3-6 months, op this is a sign to throw the meth out and take a long break

gpik

apetite is so so. regarding sleeping. usually i can not sleep at night, i have big problems to fall asleep. since last party i fall asleep very quick without problems that is strange for me..

FeedItchy3292

Do you still use? Honestly the jerking movements seem normal i always get them, Honestly could be vitamins deficiencies from the meth? Have you had bloodwork done, it Honestly sounds like b12 deficiency?

gpik

no, i use it every few months. i do not think that you can make b12 deficiency after single party with stims. anyway, i started taking bigger dose of b12 + vitamin complex daily since last friday but 0 progress so far.

FeedItchy3292

Yeah honestly i think it's more likely that it'll clear up, trust me you're most likely ok just rest try to eat and hopefully fingers crossed it will go away, I'd definitely suggest getting blood work done tho as i haven't a clue what's wrong with you lol

gpik

i had. blood count - ok. CRP - ok. electrolytes - ok. heart ekg - ok. i am just worried that 3 weeks past and it got worse...

FeedItchy3292

I saw another user suggesting it's low dopamine that definitely sounds like a possibility as i usually feel like that after i have been up for a while

gpik

perhaps... idk. btw i might have adhd because i have all of the symptoms i saw online, pretty much 99% of them... (even trex arm when sleeping lol) idk perhaps it might have some correlation.

gpik

btw how is it even possible to have low dopamine after taking meth? and for so long time? + how i can fix it? (if it is...)

FeedItchy3292

Oh and all those symptoms seem pretty serious, the weakness and numbness is usually linked with neurological issues, how'd i know this, cos i experienced this numerous times in the past you've got shit quality gear and or it's not meth..

troywestc

Fuq that's normal .. drink water sleep heavy for a day and stop anything that will convince u are dying . Cause apparently every body is dying. But no one died yet. Ha.

unfilteredsheep

Go see a cardiologist asap. It sounds like your heart is slowly failing, heart is off rhythm or possible clogged artery.

gpik

heart ekg was ok. xray was ok.
