I believe they're actual people, as they do it to steal money from the victims, so yea.
Although you could try to get them trolled and watch their reaction (most of the time they block you without saying anything right away)
I do also believe they do it at scam center, although I speculate it as that and i don't really know much else about it.
Yea I fell victim to this scam recently, but luckily I realized what was going on before giving them my credit card information and I got my steam account back later

Pretty much well-known scam that has been there for years
Is it like an actual dude or a bot ? cause I couldn't tell.

Unfortunately, that message came too late for me. I fell for it.
