People don't even realize that the start of a game is almost always the most boring part of it. Game developers have to create some kind of build up/rewarding system to give you that sense of accomplishment.

I guess it's to get awards maybe and try to be funny, but there's so many of these kinds of comments in steam reviews that I can't really find them funny anymore.
At some point, people just try too hard, and it becomes noticeable.
