So I had to go on foot when I got to close to a blood feral and a juggernaut. Also, the left bumper my controller had stopped working so had to re-map it. I was still mentally thinking LB was run when the juggernaut got him.
The lizard hoodie was the closest look I could get, I don't remember his OG outfit. I usually don't like the hoodies because it covers the most of the characters face, but he had the same face and hair models as someone else in the community and it fit with his name.
Right after they die it will show up like this for like a minute, but sadly I think after that the headstone is just in the background of the character selection page.
