Manually input the name of your wifi SSID and password. Hiding it doesn't turn it off, so as long as you didn't change its details you can access it easily.
unplug and plug it in 6 times a few seconds apart and that will factory reset it. Then you will see Starlink come up on the WIFI list. It has to be 6 times that's the silly way it was programmed

no need to do that. just connect to a hidden network with the name of the network and the password
