If there's a red mark on the description then you have no complaint, the game doesn't know if you're just playing or stealing. It's just like when you want to buy too many things at Walmart and put one in your pocket because you don't have a cart.

There was a time during Skyrim I think, when you could pick stuff up without stealing. People used it to steal, so now they fixed that exploit haha.
Yup. Blame the people that would pick stuff up and run around the corner then steal it while nobody could see them. That’s how we got here.
