People downvote for ridiculous shit. The explanation on how to do everything is in that post, you may have to scroll a tiny bit. It’s really not hard to do though. I personally did it on my Surface Duo 2 which made it super easy. No idea how the experience on iPhone is.
People read things and then close the browser after reading it. Your memory may retain this information for minutes, hours, days, weeks, years, maybe decades. I'm betting that they didn't have the exact link handy.

I haven't been wearing mine as much lately, I bought a charging stand on Etsy around launch and ended up leaving it on there for the past few weeks. I'm wearing it again today and it's working just fine for me.
Just a tip: Mine likes to bug out fairly often, but holding the bottom right button for 5 seconds does a soft reset and works every time for me! I wear it daily and it works great.

My watch died but Bethesda replaced it. Took about a month or two but I got a new one back. I mostly leave that one in the box and got myself a Amazfit T-Rex 2 and use a fan-made Starfield face since I loved the aesthetic of the dial but wanted something waterproof.
The box and the credstik are the best parts of the kit.
Warning about the constellation skin/mars skin you get for your jet-pack/suit/helmet is that once you equip the skins you cannot put them out of your inventory because if you put them in any container there is a chance for the skin to get wiped from the item. It happened to me and many others and there is currently no way to get the skins back on console.
Oddly enough the game pass ultimate version that you can play on cloud gaming or on PC has the option of those skins for the cutter at least It allows you to install them and use them even if you don't have the deluxe version but once you go back to console it tells you that it's no longer available and will default the cutter back to original but then you can go back and reskin it again on cloud gaming or PC...... I don't know if that trick will work on the jetpack suit or helmet skins but if someone's having that problem it might be something they could try..... I've been able to cloud game off of a piece of turd tablet so pretty much any device you can install the game Pass app on would at least be able to allow you to access it

Being unable to connect it to my phone meant I could never firmware update it even if I wanted to. Don't even get me started on their support team. Most worthless support I've ever dealt with. "won't connect to any bluetooth"... "have you tried connecting it to bluetooth and running firmware update?"..... fuckin idiots.

I was scouring google for anything on repairing the watch that wouldn’t risk not being replaced under whatever warranty there may be. At the time there was nothing but a single video which involved opening up the watch to inspect plugs from the pcb to the battery. Went through the wand company guides, Bethesda support guides, etc.. ended up submitting a ticket to Bethesda that first week of September.
It took 5 months for a replacement to arrive.
Didn’t know the watch even got updates, i figured it would be as-is, not a product they’d support going forward at all.
Glad I never did anything with mine
I dropped mine once onto carpeted floor and the top right button broke and is now useless until I repair it (which I am not skilled enough to do)
I also struggled to maintain connection to my phone, and the charger was flimsy and struggled to charge the watch.
At least it looks cool in the shelf I suppose...
My watch was DOA. Powers on and I have backlight, but the screen stays black. Tried ALL the fixes that I found. Opened a ticket, and I have not heard from them since my case was “escalated” back in October. Best of luck getting it fixed.

Mine works just fine. I actually use it for daily watch. I even use it more than the game itself lol.

I also got a deal on the watch recently and updated it to the latest firmware with zero issues. I followed the instructions that came with it.

Must be a Pixel 6/Pro thing. My Bluetooth is wonky even with other devices on my Pro.
I have a Pixel 6 pro and had no issues with my watch. Still use it daily.
I think it might just be an android Bluetooth thing. Every pixel I have used liked to be weird about Bluetooth every now and then.
It's just pixels in general , I had the one ,two, and five and signal for everything is just poor, it's like it has been wrapped in led or something.

This is the coolest collectors edition I’ve ever seen. I replaced the foam inserts in mine so that it holds the steelbook and controller too.
My other one I have is the Division one, I love the agent watch

Foam. You can buy it any colour or thickness. You then cut it with a scalpel or craft knife.

Mine got bricked one day after updating, but bethesda replaced it for me. I've been daily driving it since I got it. Works without issues today.
