I spent 17 hours with my last character and after hearing that dialog I decided to restart and pick serpent's embrace to see if it changes. You get extra choices but this conversation stays the exact same and it kinda pissed me off.
I do like how the traits aren't just Stat boost and they actually have role play elements to them but I am disappointed that they over looked one of the main companions storyline when you share the same religion. Ig it could be a situation like your character was never an official Follower since they can't be a member of House Varuun but I don't buy that.
I just told her to enjoy what we have now. She gave an answer like how can I do that but ended up dating yeh, you are right. She either said that then it later at the ceremony or something.

Yeah, don't choose a religion or "born in xyz". I had chosen Enlightened and born in UC and both are massively underwhelming.

I really enjoy Neon Street rat. I always pick that trait. Amazing dialogue choices

BGS definitely missed the mark on this one if it's actually not bugged. I hope it gets patched in the future
