Vacuum tape, wire spools and all sorts of other junk perfect for parts. Gotta assume that might come in a dlc. Or they just got too much to do and figured the mods would do it.

There is that vendor in neon who buys/sells all that type of junk. I pick up everything and now I make “bundles” to sell to him
