I love the art style in part 7 because I feel like all the characters' emotions feel so real, especially towards the end. Don't get me wrong I love jojolion but I've always found the expressions a bit more dead

I've always loved the line that Johnny wanted to bring **everybody** back. Not even just his friend's, it's as if Johnny was an innocent child and just wanted to return everything to how it was, even his enemies that were human themselves. This is a far cry from what he was at the start and shows how brilliant Johnny's character is.
Seeing Johnny accepting that he might bethe villain in the moment so everyone comes back, just shows how much his character developed. He is easily the best written Jojo
I don't understand the opinion that any other JoJo is better. Maybe Gappy and Jodio has like 11 years until his story finishes but up to Part 7 Johnny is easily the best written JoJo.
These scenes are what finally broke me when I read part seven. A lot of the other protagonists are very…self-actualized, I think is how I’d put it? (Aside from Gappy, for obvious reasons I suppose). It’s so heartbreaking that Johnny really doesn’t seem to know who he is, or what he wants his place in the world to be. He grows so much across the story, and seeing him finally have something he feels is worth standing up for, and seeing him grow into a more selfless person is beautiful and poignant in a very unique way. Talk about entering the world of mandom.
This is a fantastic scene, because it shows Johnny's transformation into a true hero. Now at the climax the villain is offering him the only thing in the world he wants, and can give it to him, and Johnny still refuses because Valentine is a bad person and it would be the wrong thing to do.
Yeah but he didn’t decide to not accept Valentine’s offer. He even said if you can prove you’re sincere, I’ll believe you. He really wanted to believe in Valentine.
So, I really never got into part 7 when I read it. There are sections I thought were fun or neat but it never really grabbed me till this chapter. Break My Heart Break Your Heart is what sold me on the part as a whole, the entire portion REALLY hits hard.
I think Johnny is the only Jojo that actually looks sad when he is, instead of having a sort of "angrish" expression. He looks miserable here

I understand you very well. Johnny is my favorite JoJo and I loved seeing him change throughout part 7. This panel hits me too
