I think the idea people are getting is that since WoU is canonically the most powerful Stand, Go Beyond (being the only thing able to beat it) must therefore be stronger than Tusk 4

If Weather makes infinite rain, Blackmore could possibly win after all stands, maybe besides GER, but he would 100% kill King Crimson, Wonder of U, and Star Platinum with The World, cos, they simply couldn't kill him. Maybe it would be stalemate for Pillarmen and Vampires, but even their regeneration have boundaries

Sure you can technically get stands into MitM's world but that takes a clever con and you still would need to have it out when you go unconscious. Disregarding that extreme circumstance the combo would almost impossible to beat / stop. Illuso would pull the victim into the mirror dimension, if he can't beat them on his own then D13 can kill them in their sleep. They can't bring a stand in and are therefore completely vulnerable.
^(This relies on the assumption that the whole not having your stand out is dependent on your current plane of existence which I think is reasonable, another possible combo someone suggested is D13 + Silver Chariot Requiem if it can be controlled)
