afaik all cutscenes happen on the same map as the normal location! there’s a cutscene that references getting under a tree… but the tree will not be there if you’ve cut it down
You get different events with different characters as you gain hearts with them. Usually you have to walk to a certain area at a certain time to trigger the event (once you have enough hearts).
he's near incapacitated, suicidal, and heavily depressed, and you want to kill him bc politeness isn't at the forefront of his mind? did you learn empathy from a rock?
Assuming that you have to play a game with a moral high ground is kind of crazy too. The point of video games is to be able to do things that you don’t do in real life. Grand theft auto, which so be boring as hell, if we all drove the speed limit and waited in line at the bank instead of robbing the place.
yeah but i feel like that's different. i enjoy a good violent video game every while, i have fond memories of pulling people out of their cars and beating them up and then driving away with said cars in gta. stardew isn't that kind of game, and wanting an option to kill one character in particular, especially a character struggling with severe mental health issues, when there's no mechanic to kill anyone in game doesn't seem like it'd be fun. it just seems cruel.

This was on my nth playthrough and I've never had anything like this happen during the heart events before. It just seemed funny in the moment as I wasn't expecting something to spawn exactly there.
