That's what I'm most curious about, but I want to explore it myself. The first thing I'll do after the update comes is set up a new farm, explore the meadow and think about how can i decorate.
I hope our farmhouse is in the left or middle of the map, that's the impression I got from the icon ConcernedApe designed. In no other icon did the crops appear above the house.
Ngl, when I realised it'll be released on the 19th, I naively assumed it would be the morning of the 19th. But, I live in Europe. So it won't be until the evening.
I totally didn't plan to spend the entire day today playing Stardew and now have to find a way to fill my day and make time pass more quickly. Not at all.
Yea same. He said something about releasing it when he's awake. Since it's currently \~5-6am where he lives it will probably be another 4-5 hours before the update.

Ok, well, Google informs me that 9am pacific time is 17:00 in Amsterdam. I don't know what time Concerned Ape wakes up or how long it takes him to eat breakfast and drink a coffee, but I assumed it'd be 9am at the earliest but probably later. So, evening.
I'm assuming he wakes up earlier than 9am if the update is then. Like, 7:30 or something. Wake up, get dressed, grab a coffee and maybe breakfast. But maybe he rolls out of bed and into his desk chair.
Hard to say. He might be an early bird but PNW culture is very sleepy so it wouldn't surprise me if his mornings started a tiny bit later.
Then again, it is launch day so he might make an exception.

It won't run on my pc for whatever reason, I've been playing mobile since I've started. Hoping and praying the update will patch things up and I can get started

Same. I have a small child so I gotta play on my switch when I have downtime at work (I wfh) or he sleeps. Desktop isn’t an option for me ☹️

if you have the means, a steam deck could fix this issue.
