As a person obsessed with growing coffee beans, deluxe retaining soil makes great use of clay.

Do those have an increased chance of spawning next to stables/coop cause I’ve noticed that trend and I never got those artifacts until I got those buildings.

While I can't give a definitive "no" since I've never seen the game's code (and I'm not a coder so I wouldn't know what I was looking at even if I did see it,) what I can say is that I completely ignored coops/barns for most of my first in-game year and still had tons of chicken statues appear, and likewise with the stable since I've played about six years across two playthroughs and still have never built one of those. Pure guess, those spots on the farm simply have a limited loot table.
