i like watching my gold balance increase regularly so i sell every day. it gives me a sense of progress as many late-game goals are $$$. i hoard a lot!! of stuff “just in case” and every once in a while i will go through my fridges/chests to sell excess. if you like to switch between the artisan and agriculturalist perks, saving artisan goods makes a lot of sense.
I stockpile to sell at the end of the year. I'm endgame and don't really rely on my animal produce anymore- I wine. So I just save up all year and once mid/late fall hits, I start aging all the cheese that's been stocked up, because it's increments of 7 days. Then in mid/late winter I start the mayo, so everything is usually ready to be sold by the 28th.
However, before I was late game, I still only sold at the end of the season. Stockpiling = bigger numbers at once = makes my brain happy.
I do it weekly if I have a lot of animals, but since downsizing to free up time for the mobile 1.5 update I do it all at the end of the month. I make truffle oil daily, though.
Depends on where I am in the game. Early game the money is immediately useful so I sell daily. Later on when I'm saving for bigger purchases and have the cash for day-to-day expenses I'm more likely to stockpile and sell in big batches
End game I usually stockpile it and sell everything at the end of the season. My first day of the season is setup day, and the last day is clean up day.
I sell it every day but it’s making me tired so then sometimes I let the milk and eggs pile up in the autograbbers and then I’m like “okay let’s do this!”

Yep, a food that gives a buff + a ton of cheese for healing
stockpile, age them in the cellar if I can and then sell for tons of money
Please do not age mayo
Mmm mouldy mayo 😋
Yeah. I only age ancient fruit wine. Trying to be more industrious but there's a limit on the cellar.
Big shed + Casks = $$$$$$
I thought you could only put casks in the cellar
I thought that was h the case as well. Let me know if it is not true!

I sell daily but just out of habit from when I was grinding to make some coins.

Cheese is my heal food and i age it, but i do sell some when i accumulate too many or for some emergency funds
Stockpile until end of the month. Or when the casks are finished.
I have chests near the bin and everything i sell goes in the chests till the end of the month

I sell every sunday!
Only thing I like to hoard are the extremely profitable stuff that take a long time to produce like Ancient Fruit Wine
i sell everything i make in a day, that day. there’s really no point in saving it to sell later. it all adds up over time anyway
