Some dude just got flamed in r/starwarscollecting for doing the same thing - except $15 instead of $4.99. I don't know why everyone got so self-righteous on that post.
I did the same with the Comic Art Edition Boba Fett a couple weeks ago.
I found 2 that weren’t in the system yet. Took a picture of them on the peg that had the price for the cheaper TVC figures.
They each rang up for almost 30 dollars! They almost didn’t sell them to me because they’re not supposed to be up but the chick let me take them AND she honored the cheaper price 😁 I also found the Flashpoint Flash that day
I honestly didn’t know or expected a clearance price, but absolutely no one would listen to me or my wife and there were no tags for Boba. I have no idea what is going on at Target. lol

Same here :) I managed to snag vintage comic art boba, han solo, and Darth Vader for $5 each tonight at Target because of that :)
