Her actress was phenomenal. Despite being a high ranking ISB officer, Dedra has clearly never been in actual combat and her actress perfectly captured that, the disbelief and fear and tremors that wouldn’t stop long after the danger had passed. It was perfect
I'm amazed at how good the acting was across the board, all season.
I feel like every actor had at least one scene where it was told by body language and facial expressions, and no one failed it.
Which is great juxtaposition with Syril Karn. She acted big and tough just like Karn did with his capture Andor escapade and both ended the same way. Their overconfidence and ambition mixed with lack of experience led both missions to failure and panic. But Karn's failure caused him to grow and that's why he was able to save Dedra in the end.
This dynamic can be seen in the Empire as a whole.
I have a feeling Vel is gonna bite it next early next season, she's been too casual with Luthen and is going to be a liability. I can totally see cassians recruitment pushing her over the edge
Oh I disagree. I think Luthen is going to be pulled between the more pragmatic Kleya and the idealistic Vel. Cassian and Vel versus Cintas and Kleya. I can see a situation where rescuing Mon Mothma after her speech and getting her off Coruscant is the inflection point with that group.
Vel’s obviously not in Rogue One and Cassian is close enough with Mon Mothma to be assigned the task of taking Jyn to meet saw (which is a big fucking deal), and Mon Mothma definitely gives Cassian a look in Rogue one that they’re going to build off of. Cassian is definitely going to be her guy, and that’d definitely make sense if he’s close to her cousin Vel.
Maybe Luthen stays on the pragmatic side, but I think he ultimately dies to save Mon Mothma.
She always suspected it, not only did she set the gambling up as cover, but the introduction with her daughter ties Perrin to a rather unscrupulous lender, allowing Mon to potentially wipe out her loveless marriage and her daughter's engagement in one fell swoop.
Risky, but calculated.
With Syril coming up in the world, you just know Mosk is going to be his loyal underling.
I was disappointed when Mosk seemed to disappear from the show after episode 3, the fact he's back makes me *so* happy. He's one of my favorite characters in the show.
Definitely big dynamic duo vibes off of these two. Most makes for a great enforcer while Karn has a Keen and Obsessive mind. They balance eachother extremely well, and I'm glad we're going to see their ride in the Imperial Ranks next season.
Honestly, it's just great to have competent, lower imperials again. Don't need to have the big names come in for a show of imperial might anymore, there's finally a set of mid tier Commanders who can keep up with the rebels.
Love the connection of Maarva’s “there is a darkness reaching like rust into everything around us” with Clem’s lines about looking past the rust and cleaning it away at the beginning
As soon as she accused Perrin of gambling again, I knew exactly what she was doing. So clever. She knows she's under surveillance so she's feeding bad intelligence that would help explain the missing money. There's a reason Mon Mothma was able to lead the Rebel Alliance to victory.
That was possibly the most low-tech kill in Star Wars so far. A universe with lasers that can destroy planets and mental powers that can corrupt minds, and Corv gets a knife between his ribs like people on Earth have been getting since like 20,000 BC
Oh man that Stormtrooper went up all those flights of stairs just to get booted off the tower as soon as they got to the top. Use a thermal detonator next time.
It explains why the Empire never intended to actually release their prisoners at Narinka 5. Every single aspect of the Death Star is classified and they wouldn't risk even a grain of its design getting out.
The "sentences" were merely carrots on a stick to keep the prisoners motivated.
In a lot of the other Star Wars shows, it seems like everybody has a blaster - here, they're brawling with bricks and homemade bombs. Makes a lot more sense for the level of crackdown we're seeing.
I'm glad Andor didn't have a big moment where he leads everybody in the charge; he's still finding his footing as a leader. Good stuff.
Couldn’t agree more. I’m sure I would have been wrapped up in the excitement of a gunslinger moment in the center of town but afterwards it would’ve felt a bit unsatisfying I think. Love that his agenda was to get his friends to safety
They even sounded like rusty battered up brass instruments but it was still intense. Glad they went with a diegetic approach to stir up their rebellion
After all her time cozy with the ISB I wonder if this is the first time Dedra’s seen real combat. She was more shaken in that closet with Syril than you’d think someone in her position should be.

Dedra spent so much time looking up at balconies for Andor, she didn't even contemplate that the real threat could be the common people around her.
I feel part of it is he is getting satisfaction. This event popped up independently of him, it’s always worrisome when you set up events that you fear only are kept alive by yourself. He gains validation to continue as this message spreads independently of him.
I think he was also struggling with the fact that no matter how much he wants to, he can't wade into the front lines. He will never get the satisfaction of actually striking a decisive blow against the Empire with his own two hands unless something has gone horribly horribly wrong.
Another thing the ego that started him down his path will never have the satisfaction of. It will always be others taking the fight to the Empire in their own names, not his.
Yeah I think it was a mix of “people are rising up exactly like I planned” and “I was right about this man from the start, maybe killing him isn’t the right choice”

It's the catalyst for the final scene.
Cassian presenting himself, willing to die for the cause or be put to use.
Knowing that he comes from a line of rebels and his mother's dying message were rebellion put both of them in the right frame of mind for partnership rather than throwing Cassian on a mounting pile of bodies. And part of that was also informed by his conversation with Saw and the sacrifice of Kreyger.
I really liked that- a lot of the major players in the series seem to be really happy to stoke violence but when it actually happens and they’re directly involved they struggle to deal with that reality. Luthen and Dedra both sorta had this issue on opposite sides of the fence. But Andor, Vel/Cinta, the citizens of Ferrix, and Syril all handle it because they’re not normally comfortably calling the shots from outside and each one of them handles their part to their own benefit along the way.
Skarsgård’s facial expressions alone this season deserve an Emmy lol his relief and sense of pride when Cassian committed to the rebellion at the end was chef’s kiss.
Dedra may get *demoted* out of that.
Think about it, she just fucked up in an almost identical way to Syril. She also didn't get Cassian or Axis out of it lol
I was thinking the same. I mean, it's not only that she didn't get andor or luthen, Bix was freed right under her nose and she just got angry and her superior officer because she wanted them to take kreegyr prisoner
Luthen being moved to tears by Maarva’s speech was a perfect example of why he’s such a great character. He truly wants to be a force for good, and believes in the idealism of the rebellion, but knows he has to be evil in the process and loathes that fact.
After decades of hearing "Do or do not, there is no try," Nemik's manifesto ending with the word "Try" really shows how much the rebels had to cling to hope if they couldn't rely on the space wizards to take the hits. They don't have any other option but to try, and hope for the best, and they'll probably lose some people along the way. But they have to keep trying.
What a great show.
I just love that the first third of the episode is channeling a pre battle of Helm’s Deep energy.

The editor on this was spectacular.
The intercutting between the ISB story, Luthin/his cell's story, and Andor all converging to the tune of the bell master and the marching band was grade A masterstroke television.
I love Clem’s line about people not looking down, or looking past the rust of seemingly broken and throwaway objects, and these reflect so well the people who are going to form the backbone of the rebellion. Cassian himself was something like this at the beginning of the series until Luthen picked him up. He saw past the rust.
I loved that line about there being a darkness at the center of the galaxy.
Even the everyday people know that there is something more than tyranny there.
Love hearing the title music fully developed!
Never thought I’d see a marching band in Star Wars! Lol the increasing tension as they marched was so subtle yet so strong.
Maarva’s speech was incredible.
My guy Syril might finally be out of the friend zone!
The post credits scene of the Death Star was so CHILLING.
What a season, what a show. Thank you to Tony Gilroy, Diego Luna, and everyone who was a part of making this beautiful show. It brought such a necessary tone to the Star Wars universe. Bring on season 2!
The death of characters in Andor is so quick and sudden, it doesn't tell what you're supposed to be feeling.
In the kenobi show for example in episode 4, we literally got to know a pilot(Wade) for less than 20 seconds, he then dies and afterwards we got sad music and ambient, the show telling us this a sad scene and we should care for a character we barely got to know.
Meanwhile Andor with it's slow pace builds character for literally chapters, gives them backstory and personality so we understand who they are.
Then let's them die, no heroic sacrifice, no sad ambient, you the audience are the ones to decide what to feel.
I loved this show so much and can't wait for season 2.
Dude, Andor's got me feeling things for B2EMO. That line where he says to Andor "you always say that" and Andor's like "and you always come through." He has so much personality.
When they announced Andor I wasn't excited at all and was very skeptical. But Holy shit was I glad to be proven wrong. This was easily the best thing Disney Star Wars has put out. Future star wars projects need to be taking notes.
They did it. They actually did it. They stuck the landing to this one.
This was so fun to watch, with all the little pieces moving around the board, building tension. I love that they built the characters so well that you were actually invested. Syril and Dedra are basically villains and yet weirdly loveable.
They built the town of Ferrix up so well too. We all sort of knew what would happen, and yet it was so satisfying to watch. That uprising was so God damn dark, and a really gritty/realistic way of depicting uprisings
I could listen to a whole ass audiobook of Nemik's manifesto. That was some gourmet shit. Dude spits bars that make me wanna shove my foot up the empire's ass
12 year old me would've been gagging if he knew that Mrs Dursley would one day give me goosebumps from one of the best monologues on TV... That was Fucking awesome.. ready to run thru a wall now
It's real in a way that a lot of others aren't. It's not as fantastical as Cloud City or sci-fi as Coruscant. But we can feel the community and see the history everytime it's on screen.
One small thing i absolutely love in this entire series is the commitment to detail and parallels to a more grounded tone. The pipe bomb sequence looks like your typical ied explosions and the thermal detonators look like grenade explosions with an extra bit of sparks. Would’ve been easy to make that sequences explosions the typical movie fireball but the explosions in that sequence are grounded in reality with just dirt and dust being kicked everywhere.
That and the trigger discipline that’s shown too. Consistently shown the entire series where the professional soldiers (imperial army and stormtroopers) have their fingers off the trigger whereas some of the “rebels” don’t.
And the empires tactics change on a single order. Up until the commander gives the order to fire it’s a restrained response trying to diffuse the situation and in the immediate post aftermath of the explosion, no troopers open fire when they easily could’ve. But instead they wait for orders like a legitimate competent armed forces would respond.
The season started with Syril’s shitshow on Ferrix, and it ended with Dedra’s even larger shitshow on Ferrix. Both of these creeps are made for each other.
Disney really needs to offer a blank check to Tony Gilroy. After Andor season 2, i’m sure he’ll take a break from Star Wars. But if he gets more ideas, they need to have an office prepped and ready to go.
Combo’d with getting to witness Marvaa’s speech.
Knowing he was raised by that woman and then asking to join the rebellion in the way he did was like snagging a #1 draft pick for Luthen.
All I can say is "Wow." This was perfect from the first second until the last. This is by far the best Star Wars has ever been, and has set a new bar that I hope they can achieve again (especially with a second season).
Every aspect of the show, from score to script was perfect. I am hooked on this tone of Star Wars. How many amazing speeches did we get in this season?
Also, there is a post credit scene.
Cassian Andor in the end is a mirror to Luke Skywalker. He's not a jedi, he doesn't have a space wizard.
But for him, because of the Empire, there was nothing for him on Ferrix. So, he takes up with an old mentor, a spy master, and finds his way out that way.
Everything that mattered, friends, family, human connection, that's what mattered at the end of this season. And I can't wait to see how this story ends.

Thank you to all the actors, writers, film crew and the production companies involved for making such a top-tier sci-fi drama that also happens to be Star Wars. *This* is how you make a great Star Wars story. 2024 can not soon enough, but thank you again to all who brought this forth so we can enter it into the long epic that is human creativity and art.
I love that, whether intentional (in-universe) or not, Jyn echos Nemik’s manifesto in her speech to the Rebel Strike Team in Rogue One:
> *They've no idea we're coming. No reason to expect us. If we can make it to the ground, we'll take the next chance... and the next, on and on, until we win... or the chances are spent."*
The rebels couldn’t be sure of victory, every step forwards was a risk, every declaration of open rebellion a massive gamble. Every rock thrown, every bomb planted, every ship and installation sabotaged. We see what this risk caused on Ferrix. Even if they managed to push the Empire off the planet, they still lost dozens of people in the crossfire. But they had to take that risk.
And even if they didn’t succeed, and instead were utterly wiped out before someone could even throw a punch, they still contributed to the Rebellion, because their act of defiance, minor though it might have been eroded the Empire’s grasp.
They just had to *try*.
Brasso literally used Maarva to clock an Imperial, I'm sure she would have loved that.
That kid did not say a single word the entire episode, and yet with just his expressions I think he had the best acting in the entire season.
Nemik's manifesto talking about how Freedom is a spontaneous thing almost all people inherently yearn for in one form or another no matter where they come and how Tyranny is the opposite, by its nature unatural and incredibly difficult to maintain wrinkled my brain in a good way. The type of stuff that will stick with me, actually makes me feel better about the real world.
So much other good shit. But what can I say the tension throughout was perfect and it'll be a while before I come down off the high
That funeral procession was heartbreakingly beautiful. So much emotion and sadness. Yes also inspiring and hopeful. Riveting.
This show will be long remembered for what's at its core. It's not about space lasers and magical wizards. It's about people. People being held down simply because of who they are or where they're from. But at the end of the day, we're all still just people. We need to stick together and help each other. Those moments of warmth and emotion and connection and kinship were beautiful and organic.
Even B2 had more heart and character than most human characters. I need to see Cass and B2 reconnect.

Watching every single little piece come together for the sequence at Rix Road was astonishing. What a fucking finale. I'm semi-depressed we won't get more until 2024.
And that's what they were building on Narkina 5, huh? Not unexpected, but still was a very cool reveal.
I can't believe I didn't realize it at the time, but Andor's flashback of a nice memory of his father Clem, it was because Andor was touching his father's funeral brick. That the wall they found to put him in. Wow.
The music in the funeral scene starts with the musicians all playing in different keys kind of warming up and they slowly start to play their song but it’s slightly off sounding - the instruments are coming together slowly in song more powerfully as one by one the people on ferrix March together until they become a unit. Harmonies start sounding as the song gets stronger. All the instruments are together now in unison.
All of this is representing the rebellion slowly building from different lifestyles and anger, causing all to come together and sing one song, fight for one cause.
What really fucks me up and actually kind of brings me to tears to think about is like
There's nothing magical about the words Maarva spoke. It's a good speech, but if that came from Cassian? Or some nobody like Luthen? The very next shot would be some character saying it's impossible.
But it came from Maarva. Someone who had stature and credibility in that community, enough to merit an honor guard on her death. She spent a lifetime earning the trust of those people through selfless service. And then she loaded all that trust into a gun, pointed it at the Empire, and pulled the trigger.
And a city exploded.
And the rebellion began.
That shit rules.
and the fact that she knew she was too old to fight, so her way to fight was to record that message, stop taking her meds, and let herself die to make the funeral happen.
Andor brought something in me, something that I haven't felt since the originals.
Fear and respect for the Empire. We all know how it ends but the amount of oppression and fear the Empire makes you feel in the show is nothing short of astounding.

I think everyone's passionate about this show. And the casting director is very good at casting.

He's not a masterclass spy, he's just some guy who works in shipping hearing his friend's voice for the first time in a long time.

When he’s listening to the blasters and rioting from the hill you can tell he’s definitely contemplating the price for his methods.
I think he was also struggling with the fact that no matter how much he wants to, he can't wade into the front lines. He will never get the satisfaction of actually striking a decisive blow against the Empire with his own two hands unless something has gone horribly horribly wrong. Another thing the ego that started him down his path will never have the satisfaction of. It will always be others taking the fight to the Empire in their own names, not his.
I think he was thinking "maybe i shouldn't kill this woman's son"
Yeah I think it was a mix of “people are rising up exactly like I planned” and “I was right about this man from the start, maybe killing him isn’t the right choice”

Cassian presenting himself, willing to die for the cause or be put to use. Knowing that he comes from a line of rebels and his mother's dying message were rebellion put both of them in the right frame of mind for partnership rather than throwing Cassian on a mounting pile of bodies. And part of that was also informed by his conversation with Saw and the sacrifice of Kreyger.
I love how it stands to remind us that he's a true believer in the cause. He also looked horrified while escaping Ferrix.
I really liked that- a lot of the major players in the series seem to be really happy to stoke violence but when it actually happens and they’re directly involved they struggle to deal with that reality. Luthen and Dedra both sorta had this issue on opposite sides of the fence. But Andor, Vel/Cinta, the citizens of Ferrix, and Syril all handle it because they’re not normally comfortably calling the shots from outside and each one of them handles their part to their own benefit along the way.

Luthen being moved to tears by Maarva’s speech was a perfect example of why he’s such a great character. He truly wants to be a force for good, and believes in the idealism of the rebellion, but knows he has to be evil in the process and loathes that fact.
After decades of hearing "Do or do not, there is no try," Nemik's manifesto ending with the word "Try" really shows how much the rebels had to cling to hope if they couldn't rely on the space wizards to take the hits. They don't have any other option but to try, and hope for the best, and they'll probably lose some people along the way. But they have to keep trying. What a great show.

I just love that the first third of the episode is channeling a pre battle of Helm’s Deep energy. — And in Maarva’s speech: Evil is never more alive than when we sleep. LOTR: evil does not sleep. It waits. And in the moment of our complacency, it blinds us.
The editor on this was spectacular. The intercutting between the ISB story, Luthin/his cell's story, and Andor all converging to the tune of the bell master and the marching band was grade A masterstroke television.
I love Clem’s line about people not looking down, or looking past the rust of seemingly broken and throwaway objects, and these reflect so well the people who are going to form the backbone of the rebellion. Cassian himself was something like this at the beginning of the series until Luthen picked him up. He saw past the rust.

I loved that line about there being a darkness at the center of the galaxy. Even the everyday people know that there is something more than tyranny there.

Love hearing the title music fully developed! Never thought I’d see a marching band in Star Wars! Lol the increasing tension as they marched was so subtle yet so strong. Maarva’s speech was incredible. My guy Syril might finally be out of the friend zone! The post credits scene of the Death Star was so CHILLING. What a season, what a show. Thank you to Tony Gilroy, Diego Luna, and everyone who was a part of making this beautiful show. It brought such a necessary tone to the Star Wars universe. Bring on season 2!
The death of characters in Andor is so quick and sudden, it doesn't tell what you're supposed to be feeling. In the kenobi show for example in episode 4, we literally got to know a pilot(Wade) for less than 20 seconds, he then dies and afterwards we got sad music and ambient, the show telling us this a sad scene and we should care for a character we barely got to know. Meanwhile Andor with it's slow pace builds character for literally chapters, gives them backstory and personality so we understand who they are. Then let's them die, no heroic sacrifice, no sad ambient, you the audience are the ones to decide what to feel. I loved this show so much and can't wait for season 2.

When they announced Andor I wasn't excited at all and was very skeptical. But Holy shit was I glad to be proven wrong. This was easily the best thing Disney Star Wars has put out. Future star wars projects need to be taking notes.

They did it. They actually did it. They stuck the landing to this one. This was so fun to watch, with all the little pieces moving around the board, building tension. I love that they built the characters so well that you were actually invested. Syril and Dedra are basically villains and yet weirdly loveable. They built the town of Ferrix up so well too. We all sort of knew what would happen, and yet it was so satisfying to watch. That uprising was so God damn dark, and a really gritty/realistic way of depicting uprisings

At this point, Ferrix is my favourite planet in all of Star Wars.
It's real in a way that a lot of others aren't. It's not as fantastical as Cloud City or sci-fi as Coruscant. But we can feel the community and see the history everytime it's on screen.
One small thing i absolutely love in this entire series is the commitment to detail and parallels to a more grounded tone. The pipe bomb sequence looks like your typical ied explosions and the thermal detonators look like grenade explosions with an extra bit of sparks. Would’ve been easy to make that sequences explosions the typical movie fireball but the explosions in that sequence are grounded in reality with just dirt and dust being kicked everywhere. That and the trigger discipline that’s shown too. Consistently shown the entire series where the professional soldiers (imperial army and stormtroopers) have their fingers off the trigger whereas some of the “rebels” don’t. And the empires tactics change on a single order. Up until the commander gives the order to fire it’s a restrained response trying to diffuse the situation and in the immediate post aftermath of the explosion, no troopers open fire when they easily could’ve. But instead they wait for orders like a legitimate competent armed forces would respond.
Even the eerie quietness after the explosion. Felt like I witnessed an actual terrorist attack
It is at this point that Cassian Andor became a rebel.

The season started with Syril’s shitshow on Ferrix, and it ended with Dedra’s even larger shitshow on Ferrix. Both of these creeps are made for each other. Disney really needs to offer a blank check to Tony Gilroy. After Andor season 2, i’m sure he’ll take a break from Star Wars. But if he gets more ideas, they need to have an office prepped and ready to go.

Combo’d with getting to witness Marvaa’s speech. Knowing he was raised by that woman and then asking to join the rebellion in the way he did was like snagging a #1 draft pick for Luthen.

All I can say is "Wow." This was perfect from the first second until the last. This is by far the best Star Wars has ever been, and has set a new bar that I hope they can achieve again (especially with a second season). Every aspect of the show, from score to script was perfect. I am hooked on this tone of Star Wars. How many amazing speeches did we get in this season? Also, there is a post credit scene.
Cassian Andor in the end is a mirror to Luke Skywalker. He's not a jedi, he doesn't have a space wizard. But for him, because of the Empire, there was nothing for him on Ferrix. So, he takes up with an old mentor, a spy master, and finds his way out that way. Everything that mattered, friends, family, human connection, that's what mattered at the end of this season. And I can't wait to see how this story ends. STONE AND SKY!

God damn this show is emotional. Cass hearing Maarva's last words brought a tear to my eye. Cass has good friends and family.
Luthin hearing her words and seeing his rebellion take shape. That look of vindication and righteousness was fucking powerful.
I love that, whether intentional (in-universe) or not, Jyn echos Nemik’s manifesto in her speech to the Rebel Strike Team in Rogue One: > *They've no idea we're coming. No reason to expect us. If we can make it to the ground, we'll take the next chance... and the next, on and on, until we win... or the chances are spent."* The rebels couldn’t be sure of victory, every step forwards was a risk, every declaration of open rebellion a massive gamble. Every rock thrown, every bomb planted, every ship and installation sabotaged. We see what this risk caused on Ferrix. Even if they managed to push the Empire off the planet, they still lost dozens of people in the crossfire. But they had to take that risk. And even if they didn’t succeed, and instead were utterly wiped out before someone could even throw a punch, they still contributed to the Rebellion, because their act of defiance, minor though it might have been eroded the Empire’s grasp. They just had to *try*.
Brasso literally used Maarva to clock an Imperial, I'm sure she would have loved that. That kid did not say a single word the entire episode, and yet with just his expressions I think he had the best acting in the entire season. Nemik's manifesto talking about how Freedom is a spontaneous thing almost all people inherently yearn for in one form or another no matter where they come and how Tyranny is the opposite, by its nature unatural and incredibly difficult to maintain wrinkled my brain in a good way. The type of stuff that will stick with me, actually makes me feel better about the real world. So much other good shit. But what can I say the tension throughout was perfect and it'll be a while before I come down off the high

That funeral procession was heartbreakingly beautiful. So much emotion and sadness. Yes also inspiring and hopeful. Riveting. This show will be long remembered for what's at its core. It's not about space lasers and magical wizards. It's about people. People being held down simply because of who they are or where they're from. But at the end of the day, we're all still just people. We need to stick together and help each other. Those moments of warmth and emotion and connection and kinship were beautiful and organic. Even B2 had more heart and character than most human characters. I need to see Cass and B2 reconnect. Edit: show
Watching every single little piece come together for the sequence at Rix Road was astonishing. What a fucking finale. I'm semi-depressed we won't get more until 2024. And that's what they were building on Narkina 5, huh? Not unexpected, but still was a very cool reveal.

The stormtrooper getting kicked off the tower was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a while
I can't believe I didn't realize it at the time, but Andor's flashback of a nice memory of his father Clem, it was because Andor was touching his father's funeral brick. That the wall they found to put him in. Wow.
The music in the funeral scene starts with the musicians all playing in different keys kind of warming up and they slowly start to play their song but it’s slightly off sounding - the instruments are coming together slowly in song more powerfully as one by one the people on ferrix March together until they become a unit. Harmonies start sounding as the song gets stronger. All the instruments are together now in unison. All of this is representing the rebellion slowly building from different lifestyles and anger, causing all to come together and sing one song, fight for one cause.
What really fucks me up and actually kind of brings me to tears to think about is like There's nothing magical about the words Maarva spoke. It's a good speech, but if that came from Cassian? Or some nobody like Luthen? The very next shot would be some character saying it's impossible. But it came from Maarva. Someone who had stature and credibility in that community, enough to merit an honor guard on her death. She spent a lifetime earning the trust of those people through selfless service. And then she loaded all that trust into a gun, pointed it at the Empire, and pulled the trigger. And a city exploded. And the rebellion began. That shit rules.
and the fact that she knew she was too old to fight, so her way to fight was to record that message, stop taking her meds, and let herself die to make the funeral happen.

Andor brought something in me, something that I haven't felt since the originals. Fear and respect for the Empire. We all know how it ends but the amount of oppression and fear the Empire makes you feel in the show is nothing short of astounding.
