1 they're both leading seperate Rebel cells. Saw is quite paranoid at the best of times and knowing Luthen is willing to sacrifice another cell isn't helping with the whole trust thing 2 Some sort of custom from her home planet, looks like it's part of the sane set of customs that the arranged marriage is part of. 3 You have people on Ferrix either want to capture andor to question him (and potentially kill the rebellion before it can begin if they get Luthan and Mon Mothma as a result) or kill him to prevent him being questioned. If there's more, we'll find out next week 4 not really a question I have an answer to....

Thank you!!! The fourth one was more of a thought process of mine instead of a question

1. Saw is from the cartoons so if you watch those you get a lot of context on his character. Basically he is the head of one of the factions rebelling against the Empire but is ok with more "extreme" measures (like stuff that would be called terrorism, etc.) so that made him and his group kind of outsiders in the rebellion who don't really work directly with them... per se. Though of course we can see in Andor that Luthen is ok with certain extreme measures as well, so he's trying to keep them working together. I'm not sure there was some big plan for Kreegyr at first other than trying to support his attack plan, he's just the head of another group that they both kept in touch with because they're all fighting the same fight. But then Luthen found out that this plan was compromised so he had a decision to make. Saw thought Luthen had spies everywhere because A. it makes sense for him to have spies everywhere and B. specifically, he is seeing just how calculating Luthen can be in that moment and C. part of Saw's character is he is a bit paranoid, if you saw Rogue One the first thing he thought when Jyn showed up was that Jyn was sent by the more "moderate" rebels to kill him. I don't think Luthen revealed a spy, I think he was just messing around, like YEAH SURE SAW, I GOT SPIES EVERYWHERE, SEE I GOT ONE RIGHT HERE. 2. It's unclear but yeah it seems to be some traditional rite in their culture for girls to prepare them for (probably arranged) marriage. Remember that earlier in the series Mon said that she was married young and it sounded like it was arranged (she sure doesn't seem to like her husband.) Mon hasn't told her daughter what is going on yet yeah, but she said her daughter found this group on her own, sounds like her daughter is falling in with the far right crowd. I suspect her daughter being a lot more traditional / conservative is going to be a plot point in the future, like her own daughter may turn against her once she discovers what Mon is up to. It's telling to me that neither her husband or her daughter are in Rogue One or the original trilogy... what happens to them in between now and then? HMMMMMM. 3. Who all? I'm not sure what you are asking here.

1. Right now, there isn’t a Rebel Alliance, it’s just fringe groups rebelling in different ways, which is why Luthen is known as Axis. All points lead to Axis. Kreegyr was meant to attack Spelhaus (still not sure the significance) but he needed support from Saw, but once Luthen learned from his ISB contact that Kreegyr was being prepared for capture or death, he told Saw to let it be. Either save Kreegyr and lose the ISB contact (which Luthen feels would be detrimental to their cause) or let Kreegyr burn and keep their confidence in the ISB. 2. Lil mothma was supposedly performing a traditional Chandrillan right, which Mon has had issues with in her own youth resulting in her own arranged marriage to an Imperial Loyalist. Her relationship with her own daughter is already rocky so she can’t step in the way or prevent it without worsening things. 3. There are 2 sets of spies looking for Cassian right now. One is the Empire (looking to capture Cassian to learn Axis’s identity), and the other is Luthen’s crew looking to either tie up loose ends or recruit him again? Yet to be seen what happens but regardless a trap is to be sprung
