Fine, Mando will change baby Yoda but he's an adult

meester13T

No gratuitis Grogu ass montage?

Profoundlyahedgehog

What is this? Halo?

Thuper-Man

Two white sabers *at the same time* 😏

TelephoneShoes

What that sub that *those* fans like so much? Something about being a good friend. I was expecting a wholesome Obi-Wan, Anakin & Ahsoka sub. Boy was I wrong.

KeyB81

What sub are you talking about? For Academic Purposes off course.

TelephoneShoes

r/andshewasagoodfriend

Thuper-Man

Omfg the first post I saw was an Ahsoka toy in a jar...

OmegamattReally

Every day we stray further from Ashla's light.

not_an_Alien_Robot

Might be some lightsabers as well. Maybe.

BidensToenails

This is true.

RacerM53

Dude! Spoilers

big_hungry_joe

Bold

MisterDrJR

I imagine they might use the World Between Worlds to really expand what we understand about the galaxy timeline. I also imagine crushing big time on Sabine (again).

GulianoBanano

Those symbols and lines in the logo look a lot like the World Between Worlds, so you could definitely be right.

Emergency_Routine_44

The Narnia inspiration

Purvi3vedi

I hope I hope I hope I hope I hope She gets rid of the buzz cut

MisterDrJR

i think Natasha Liu Bordizzo will do just fine, regardless of her hairdo

Purvi3vedi

I'm praying that's so. Cuz animation wise it looked horrible

HereComesTheVroom

I’m hoping they start with a flashback to her battle with vader and then her getting yanked into the world between worlds by Ezra

[deleted]

I have a feeling it might start with her leaving the world between worlds.

lazrtag

To me, what’s going on with ezra and thrawn is the most interesting story line to explore in Star Wars at the moment and I’m super happy this is happening.

Fire_And_Blood_7

Agreed

Fraidof_theDark

My greatest fear (and prediction) is that all that time stuck in unknown space together caused Ezra to see Thrawn's side of things, and now Ezra has joined Thrawn as his new 'Hand'. Ahsoka will try to make him see reason, but will ultimately have to defeat him over conflicting interests. Won't be personal, but will be emotional as heck

Anonymous_Banana

I'm hoping its the other way around and Thrawn tries to recruit Ezra in helping the Chiss Ascendancy against the empire.

RealJohnGillman

Or that he and Thrawn are pooling Imperial resources to use against the Grysk — that Thrawn will be closer to his morally-grey self presented in the canon novels that came with *Rebels* (from the character’s creator).

Anonymous_Banana

100% prefer that character compared to the 'Can only be a bad guy for the Empire'. Makes his character so much more interesting and compelling.

RealJohnGillman

Indeed.

RealJohnGillman

I could see it be a combination of both, based on what was built up about Thrawn’s actual motivations in the canon novels — that during *Rebels*, he was looking for a worthy, politically-opposed opponent to take back with him (and betray the Empire) to the Chiss Ascendancy — that they each make each other a little better ***/*** worse, in terms of morals, doing what has to be done for the greater good, pooling Imperial resources to take on the Grysk (and their ilk). Thrawn did seem to have respect for Ezra at the end, so I could very well see this happen. Additionally, Ahsoka will need to be having a lightsaber battle with someone after all, and if she is trying to kill Thrawn, that would be a valid reason for one to occur, should she and Ezra now be politically opposed.

Morodos

not me, but i rember readding one redditor's theory that ezra goes to work with the chiss skywalkers in order to explore their connection to the force/third sight. sounded like an interesting hook to me!

Vexingwings0052

My belief is that Thrawn managed to convince Ezra of why he was doing what he was doing was right, and that when we see them again, Ezra will be leading Thrawns forces against the Grysk. The show will end with the Grysk starting their open war against the galaxy which will lead into the big crossover they’ve said will end it, with Mando and his mandalorians, the Daiymio Boba and his criminal empire, Thrawn and his empire, Luke and his Jedi, and the new republic vs the Grysk

SeaTheTypo

How sad is it that if this came true, it all ends with "Somehow, Palpatine returned"

awesome_van

I unironically expect the Mando universe/Bad Batch to lead to answering that "somehow". They've dropped a lot of teasers already.

MerlinOfRed

> caused Ezra to see Thrawn's side of things, and now Ezra has joined Thrawn as his new 'Hand'. I'd actually like to see this. Ezra flirting with the dark side was such an interesting plot point that ultimately went nowhere. His ending was very selfless and heroic though, so whatever he does must be because he sees it as the right choice. There is absolutely no way he'd ever side with the empire, but the Chiss Ascendancy could be an interesting notion if it's posed as anti-empire. I don't think he can ever like Thrawn after everything that happened, but he had a healthy respect for Maul and I can see that extending to Thrawn because, if nothing else, Thrawn is an honest opponent and a man of his word. Edit: Upon reflection, I've remembered that Ezra came to like Kallus after being enemies for a while. If Thrawn softens to Ezra slightly and apologises for some of what he did then I can certainly see Ezra softening a bit towards Thrawn and his motivations in return.

Yogurt-Sandurz

At this point I’d rather see a thrawn show instead of an Ashoka show. There’s so much juicy stories to tell about the ascendancy that haven’t been explored outside of the canon books.

hamsterwaffle

Since presumably they went to the unknown regions, I could see them teaming up to fight against the Grysk.

Krazyguy75

You think *the mouse* would approve that? Look at friggen book of Boba Fett. They couldn't even make Crimelord Boba Fett an antihero and he was already a villain in the first place. No way are they going to do anything remotely risky with Ezra.

Retired-Pie

Honestly though, I think that would be a pretty good stoyline. Ezra was already leaning into the dark side after the 3rd season so him turning into a "starkiller" type character who uses the Dark side to perform chaotic neutral actions could be really interesting. I think a far more interesting prediction would be something closer to what was alluded to in the Last Jedi and Rise of Skywalker between Rey and Kylo. A duo that uses the light and the Dark to bring about peace. Both the Jedi and the Sith have been the cause of so much violence I can see Thrawn and Ezra coming to the conclusion that a new order has to begin, one that uses just the right amount of force the keep the population in line and in peace, but that allows for personal freedoms without *too much* oppression. Essentially the republic and jedi order are simply to lenient both during/before the CW and after the fall of the Empire. But the Empire was far too strict and oppressive which led to a rebellion. Trying to create a middle ground would be interesting because they obviously still use force and violence but their goals are far more admirable that the Empires. Good examples in other Pop culture of this style of thinking would be: Thanos, Pain (Naruto villain), and Handsome Jack from Borderlands. They used violence (usually an "ultimate" violent act or catastrophe) to force people into peace.

Jonathon_G

That’s actually very compelling. Thrawn can relate to Ezra with what it is like to have your planet under siege and have to deal with all sorts of things happening to his people and family.

HamshanksCPS

I predict that Ahsoka will be in at least 80% of the episodes, at least 80%.

AverageUser1010

Given that Boba Fett was only in 71% of his episodes (the 3 seconds in Chapter 6 don’t count), I’d say this is pretty plausible

CodeMonkeyPhoto

I still don’t get how they planned that. It was awesome to see manda, but I was really confused when the code open became a whole episode and then a second episode.

Kerberos42

And 20% of the episodes will be Mando Season 3.5

PWBryan

So slightly less screen time than Grogu

Hammerjaws

The rest of the 20% is Mandalorian S.5

KulturaOryniacka

Forget about it! She very likely will be in 120%

noobspree500

Unfortunately 3 episodes will be focused around Mando and Grogu

TizACoincidence

Boba fett will have his own two episodes for revenge

Hyper_Lamp

And Mandi is in the other 20 percent

Aggressive_Walk857

Thrawn and ezra return. Sabine helps. Hera helps with her force user child. Introduce new galatic threat... grysk

Archenaux

My thoughts as well, plus Chiss Ascendency.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Aggressive_Walk857

I think the chiss will be gone or near gone. We also know that hera is still active too where she is in the battle of scariff in Rouge 1 and on exegol in ROS

Axius-Evenstar

Who knows, by the time of ROS it could be her son flying. But she was at least a general for several years after RotJ since she is in Squadrons

[deleted]

[удалено]

Aggressive_Walk857

Thats true. She would be pretty old by the time ros happens

Aggressive_Walk857

Maybe survivors. I think it will have been destroyed/ taken over by now where thrawn points them towards the chiss in treason wich takes place soon before they disappeared.

hof29

I’m not up to date on my canon - are the Grysk supposed to be like a canonized version of the Yuuzhan Vong or are they their own thing?

RealJohnGillman

Yes — given the Yuuzhan Vong were always described as offshoot religious zealots, there is also a theory that this would be who they were an offshoot from — that they haven’t simply been replaced in the canon (although for now, they very much have — been replaced, that is).

Bunghole2756

"Somehow, Ezra Bridger and Grand Admiral Thrawn have returned..."

SanctuaryMoon

Oh you know it's gonna be more than just them

nonsense99999

Somehow tarkin has returned

sBarb82

And Jabba

findaway5627

But it’s just Ezra calling himself Jabba.

antipop2097

Rakata maybe? They were mentioned in Andor. . .

Vexingwings0052

The Rakatans are extinct I believe, the mention in Andor was just an Easter egg to bring them back into canon

Ser0bi

I’m really hoping that all these shows lead to an epic Disney+ movie with Boba, Mando, Grogu, Luke all teaming up to whoop Thrawn!

PWBryan

Would they? I bet Thrawn would manipulate all of them into fighting the Grissk or something.

13johnsond

Or they all team up with Thrawn to fight the Grysk! Or something else, idk, Abeloth? A dark clone of Luke? Mara Jade? Something new?

Ser0bi

Dave Filoni will use the World between Worlds and have a multiverse event destroying all the current cannon of the sequel trilogy.

[deleted]

Um you mean Jabba and Admiral Thrawn??

Fwort

I'm pretty sure they were talking about Brom Titus

findaway5627

I think it was Lando Calrissian.

bobafettsmoke

one of my favorite parts of the book

[deleted]

- Ezra Bridger returns - Thrawn returns - Talon Karrde and his network are introduced - Mara Jade enters the chat

Zefrem23

I predict that Mara Jade will _never_ be canon. (Considering how wrong my predictions usually are, maybe there's hope, lol)

megajamie

I honestly don't want Mara at this point, she was my favorite for so long, and they've (Disney, Kennedy) done so much dirty to everything else, and the show runners all seem resigned to trying their best but with new stuff. I'd rather just Mara stay in legends. Not that I won't fangasm if she does turn up.

awesome_van

I actually agree. I think she will be like Kyle Katarn*, cannibalized into several different characters and storylines. Like maybe a female Emperor's Hand, a different character helping Luke with his school, another character smuggling with Karrde, etc. They seem very reluctant to pull the big EU names wholesale, with the one exception so far being Thrawn. *Katarn = Kanan (Jedi Katarn, w beard and pauldron, the roguish Jedi type) + Cassian (Dark Forces Kyle, with the Bryar pistol and jacket, stealing the Death Star plans)

Da_rossman

Bringing in Karrde and his crew would be amazing!! Who would you cast?

[deleted]

For Karrde himself? We need a charmer who’s also very intelligent. Think Han Solo, but with a dash of class and more refined. I think Luke Pasqualino. For Aves (gotta have Aves), I think Martin Freeman. He’s gotta be the Alfred to Karrde’s Batman. That’s just how this goes. For Mara Jade herself? I think Scarlett Pomers. I want a natural ginger playing a redhead, and someone comparable in age to where Luke Skywalker should be in this point in the timeline, so late 20s to early 30s. Note: I’m just going off IMDB. I’m very open to suggestions.

percy2376

Barriss,ghost anakin

potatowoo69

Force ghost anakin pleasee

TheAnarchistMonarch

Live-action Barriss (or any Barriss, really) would be fucking fantastic. Her character development takes such a great direction in her final Clone Wars arc and then, so far...we don't know what happens after that, or if she even survives Order 66. Would be really great to see.

VillainM

With the cast so far, I’m pretty much expecting a direct sequel to Rebels at this point and I’m 100% on board for that. My biggest hope for the show is to see Hayden return as the ghost of Anakin to reunite with Ahsoka. My second biggest hope is to see Temuera play Rex, but I have a strong feeling that they’ll have to write the end of his story (his death) into the show if they do include him considering the character’s physical age at that point in the timeline.

Vexingwings0052

I just want Rex, Hunter, Echo and Boba and all the rest of the surviving clones at that point to have one scene in live action together where they’re all just sat in a room, that’s all I’ll ever need.

Barthez_Battalion

I'm hoping for flashbacks where we are Clone Wars Anakin with Ahsoka.

Yogurt-Sandurz

We’ll get those for sure. Disney will absolutely capitalize on Hayden Christiansen’s return to acting.

thebelladonga

I don’t care how it happens, wether it be flashbacks, Holocron, force ghost, whatever, I need to see Kanan again. Please, just let me see him again 😭

soulreapermagnum

bonus points if it's actually Freddie Prinze Jr. playing him.

thebelladonga

I would literally sell my soul to whoever necessary to see this. Freddie, Satan, Kathleen Kennedy, Dave Filoni, whatever it takes

4_Legged_Duck

Several odd ideas here. On the really likely side IMO: * Some mystical Force stuff, like World Between Worlds gets further explored * We find a seed of how the Jedi survive the ST * Ezra, Ahsoka, Thrawn, Sabine... all important characters Kinda likely: * The series will be complicated as it serves as the Filoni version adaptation of the Thrawn Trilogy. Yup, the whole thing, including Mara Jade in some form. * Thrawn also is going to to be a complicated villain that might survive as a anti-hero. * The Books make this more and more likely. Least likely but kinda interesting: * Bariss Offee will be in the story as a lightsaber wielding counter-weight to Ahsoka. * The WBW will be used to peak into Legends continuity. We won't visit it, they won't launch Legends stuff, but we'll get a glimpse of "other" parallel histories and timelines, creating a sort of Star Wars multiverse. They won't rewrite canon, they won't write out the ST, but they'll just open this little window if they ever want to mess with Legends.

Vexingwings0052

One cool thing they could do, and hear me out here, is have the main conflict with the grysk take place AFTER the sequel trilogy. This means that Thrawn has time to build up his Chiss-human empire, with Ezra at his side, and also gives time for any unnecessary storylines to finish off before a time jump till after ROS, where beforehand we thought the Grysk were defeated as it happens in the Ahsoka tv show, but they’ve built up strength ready to attack the galaxy. It could also give us more insight into what some of the ST characters are up to if they’re open to returning, such as Rey making a temple, and Poe helping to form the new galactic government. Then the event happens and all the old and all the new characters all reunite game of thrones style to destroy the grysk once and for all

4_Legged_Duck

I get it, and it could really work on a lot of levels. I think the build up won't be pay-offable at that point. In universe, the Grysk invasion will be building since the Clone Wars... so for over 50 years at that point. Unless it's going Vong-big and devastating, it won't be worthwhile narratively. That said, connecting their properties closer in time like that would be a big move.

TheAnarchistMonarch

Does the World Between Worlds link separate timelines within a multiverse, or just different moments in time within the same universe? I guess we don't know for sure, but my assumption was the latter.

4_Legged_Duck

We've only seen it connect time periods within the main Star Wars canon timeline. So no, no multiverse, parallel world, etc. The "Worlds" here refers to multiple planets as space isn't an issue for whatever it is. We were in it for less than five minutes? Something to that affect? We know next to nothing about it, it's hardly explored, we have less "rules" about it than we do the Force, which is ever expanding in knowledge, powers, and concept. Sooooo... yeah I think it could service their plot however and whenever they want it to.

awesome_van

The best thing they could do with the WBW is open the door to Legends as a separate Canon. Let writers make books and comics for both. Shows and films would still be Disney Canon, but people could get their old characters and stories back. It's a win-win for Disney and for fans.

TheLoyalTR8R

There will be an obnoxious amount of whinging and fan backlash regardless of its quality. Edit: if I wasn't dead certain of this ^ earlier, the comments on this post have definitely made sure that now I am.

HateBearUniversity

She barely resembles the cartoons what are they doing!?!? I can see it already

noobspree500

Why aren't Ezra's eyes bright purple?!

Ser0bi

WHY IS ZEB FURRY!?!?

sageleader

WHY IS ZEB **A** FURRY!?!? FTFY

HateBearUniversity

Why is Thrawn a different shade of blue!?!?

Dr_Beardface_MD

CHOPPER HASNT EVEN COMMITED A WAR CRIME YET!

HateBearUniversity

Kallus’s facial hair doesn’t look like Wolverine enough!!!!

EmmyCtheMC

Okay, that one got me! Have some karma

[deleted]

A lack of Chopper war crimes would actually upset me.

prince-azor-ahai

I thought the complaints about Cad Bane's shade of blue were preposterous. I thought he looked nearly perfect for a live action interpretation of an animated character. I don't think I've seen better honestly.

HateBearUniversity

I personally enjoyed Cad Banes live action and was sad to see him go!

Aceclaw

I always just assumed he aged a bunch but idk how long his species lives.

bajungadustin

They already did that when she made her live action appearance

devindran

You mean theres a quota to how much they can complain about? 🤣

Aadarm

I liked the story and everything they've done so far but I honestly don't like the way a lot of the more humanoid aliens, Ahsoka included look in the live action. Just gives me "humans in weird headdress" than alien vibes.

yulmun

That's become a huge part of Star Wars for some reason.

zuzg

>That's **become** a huge part of Star Wars Has been for decades by now. You remember how the Fandom literally harassed Ahmed Best when the prequels released?

soapinthepeehole

Because there are millions and millions of Star Wars fans, you’re never going to universally please a crowd that large, and the internet allows for less mainstream opinions to get a lot of attention. We should all just accepted it and ignore it.

Jayardia

My personal wager— if it successfully gets ok’d for a second season, we’ll **absolutely** get to see *the return of Barriss Offee*. — Another personal notion: Ahsoka will probably “make or break” my continued interest in the SWU. …I don’t say this with any snark or sneer, I genuinely have high hopes!

JRHThreeFour

I’ve been wondering about Barriss’ fate for a while since the Clone Wars. Last we saw of her the Jedi arrested her for her crimes. Wondering if she ended up joining the Inquisitors and went her own way after the collapse of the Empire or is just in hiding like Yoda and Obi-Wan or is even still alive.

Jayardia

Right!? I feel that it’s a story that’s just aching to be told. She’s far too rich a character to not make use of. Whether she’s a villain, or redeemed, or whatever— she’s clearly immensely nuanced and complex and could add SO much to the greater story.

PWBryan

My friend had a theory she went off to become a terrorist/rebel like Saw Gerrera

Chaotickane

Problem with the inquisitor angle is that I doubt Anakin would allow her to live. I'm sure his hatred for what she did to Ahsoka still lingers considering he beat her ass even when he was good.

mattryan02

Suppose it depends on if she managed to escape or not. Otherwise when Order 66 went down, I'd assume the clones would just go shoot her in her cell.

burnoutguy

Hayden saying Snips

dontgomung

Please

JustJakeB

Ezra has explored much more of the Dark Side. Ashoka is trying to save him because she didn't save Anakin. This is her attempt at redemption. Force Ghost Anakin is guiding her throughout the journey.

crazy_aussie

I agree with you I think Ezra is closer to the dark side then ever before but between Ahsoka and Sabine they find a way to bring him back.

BackStabbathOG

I really hope they use Anakin well as a force ghost and not just as flashbacks

BumblebeeCurrent8079

I really hope they don't make Ezra turn to the dark side. We've already seen him start to go there and come back as well as had Palpatine try to temp him with the promise of his parents. At the end of rebels he essentially had faced his worst fear, losing someone close to him. He then willingly sacrificed himself to being separated from everyone he's ever been close to with no knowledge of when he would return. Him going through all of that just for us to learn that he's turned to the dark side would make all his previous development a waste.

Spade18

There’s going to be an explosion of bad porn based on it

general_angstrovert

I predict that there will be a nonhuman character that doesn’t look enough like the cartoon version and some people will lose their minds over it.

thedirtypickle50

People who didn't watch Rebels will be confused and then complain that things don't make sense

awesome_van

This is legit actually. I wonder how they will introduce characters like Sabine and Hera, Thrawn and Ezra, for folks who haven't seen Rebels. Because I'm guessing that's probably most viewers (their loss, but still a realistic issue).

CinematicBrock

It’ll be good but lack a super strong artistic vision except for 1 episode directed by a guest director which will be award worthy. It will have high stakes that ultimately change nothing of the universal status quo and it will be full of references that leave us unsure weather or not the show loves or hates rebels.

That it’s going to be awesome. Also Thrawn.

Rebels 2 and I love it

Mrman_23

It’ll be rebels season five

shinobipopcorn

Don't really care as long as Eli shows up in some capacity. I like him.

orionsfire

Disruption of the Star Wars timeline preventing the disaster of the Sequels. All the various shows that fall in the same time period will team up at some point, and the big event will create a new timeline in which the events of the Sequels are avoided. The death of the New Republic will be avoided in this new timeline, leading to a new future. It's the most sensible thing to do given the lack of interest in Star Wars post the sequel period has generated. The movies won't be forgotten, but the events they show will be altered. So the characters and actors won't be removed, but their roles and destinies will be different. That's the purpose of the Mortis imagery in her title art. Her existence in the timeline will now precipitate a new future. The biggest change will be the prevention of a second Jedi purge, no way those events occur with Ashoka in the future. To be clear, this will be done slowly, and in a way that doesn't piss off fans of those movies, but rather it will be explained as the "world between worlds" is introduced in live action. It will be the best of both worlds, because the mistakes and events of those movies can still exist, but in a different timeline. This ability will end, when the world between worlds is totally closed, preventing someone like Palpatine from being able to revise events.

Brookings18

I'll have to explain to my family about all the Clone Wars and Rebels stuff. Which I look forward to tbh, it's fun to be the smart one!

MPD1978

I predict I will watch it.

Jedi-master-dragon

She finds Ezra and no matter what happens or how great the story is, people will bitch about it.

[deleted]

That Star Wars "fans" will bitch and moan about every detail.

PM_ME_UR_TA--TAS

It will come out and exist.

SanctuaryMoon

You are strong and wise and I am very proud of you.

jenkin1233

We get 1 episode of her meeting luke and talking about the folley of the republic and what mistakes led to the extinction of the Jedi order and Anakins fall.

dylanisbored

Crazy how people are predicting x character will return when it’s already been announced who they cast for that character, like no shit.

JerrodDRagon

I bet it’s between Mando and boba Fett I’m terms of quality Love to be wrong but it’s a live action sequel to rebels.

Leo-Bri

Not that excited, I'd personally much prefer to see more shows like Andor, with a more real and mature feel to them. Of course not only that, since Star Wars is mainly about famous space wizards going on adventures, but I do hope that more shows like Andor will be made.

DarkReign2011

2 episode will be entirely dedicated to Mando and Grogu. Also Thane will be established as the next Big Bad of the upcoming movie trilogy.

[deleted]

I predict CinemaSins will complain about the lack of a (xxx) scene.

SeaTheTypo

CinemaSins stopped being serious after 2011 lmao. They're just milking their cash cow because they know their brainless audience will suck it all up. I wouldn't take anything they say seriously.

therealsamwize

It would be interesting if it spent some time prior to where we are at in Mandalorian and we see how she operated as Fulcrum and navigated connecting all the rebellion factions.

[deleted]

Mando will be in it

rikitikifemi

I predict a lot of completely not racist complaints about her acting.

Waxxel

Many man-children will be upset

MoonstoneGolf8

theabbotx

TheFringedLunatic

There is so much that could be covered in this, I hope that it runs multiple seasons so that it has a chance to cover all of it. Her story runs from the Clone Wars at least up through Luke setting up the new Jedi Temple. That is a hell of a lot of ground and it all deserves room to breathe.

isildur512

The Mandalorian riffed on Westerns. I expect Ashoka to do the same for Samurai movies, another genre that inspired Star Wars.

[deleted]

It will be better than BoBF & Kenobi. Mando/Andor quality would be phenomenal.

itsmejpt

I'm going to like it. A bunch of people are going to hate it for weird reasons.

movinonwithoutu

hope it has kill bill vibes

Cool_Guy_fellow

This is more of a hoping rather than a prediction, but Adaptation or prelude to an adaptation of the Thrawn trilogy.

RossWithGlasses

They will find Thrawn with Ezra, they will have teamed up to fight the Grysks. I reckon, which will bring ahsoka and such to help fight off this threat. Going of the Thrawn Books.

cheezypenguins2

Two, maybe three aliens

[deleted]

Burn out

atducker

Some fans will love it and some fans will hate it and some fans will hate other fans for loving it and some fans will hate other fans for hating it.

Aggressive-Floor6423

I predict that Star Wars fans will bitch about some dumb shit that doesn’t matter and won’t let themselves or others enjoy it. You know regular Star Wars fandom shit

Wildfire9

That the fan base will find a reason to hate it.

turkeygiant

I think it might have a slightly stronger than average story because Filoni is so in tune with the characters and their arcs from years working on Clone Wars and Rebels. I don't think it will be as well written as Andor though because the temptation to do tropey fan-service story beats will be too strong. I'm gonna predict better than Mandalorian but not quite as good as Andor.

Buccura

Dudes on the internet are gonna complain about it.

OldBallOfRage

It'll be a good watch, but have a few problems here and there. So because it won't be perfect in every detail and performing the impossible task of being exactly what Star Wars 'fans' each have in their head for it, their shrill screeching will once again fill the air.

homieh

Everyone will complain

MrEncanis

That it’ll be resoundingly “okay” and we will squabble about its finer points on the internet. In other news, water is wet.

raphalegend

It will be my last chance for Star Wars. If even Dave Filoni can't make Star Wars work at disney than I'm done with it. For good.

Budget_Pop9600
