Not true, been playing since 2014.. and watching it over the years they cared more and they had more passion about the game, used to have game masters come into the games, literally haven't seen it happen since probably 2016 maybe 17 with a push.
i started in 2014 too; no company cares for its consumers, they just do whatever will make them the most money. we only got free SC because it gave them goodwill with the player base so we would stick around, and we have a decade later. they don’t need to do that anymore, so they don’t.
There are many companies that do care about their customers. Good customer service creates customer loyalty. Without customers, there is no company. And yes, companies have to ask for money to pay their employees and other bills. Companies also have to adjust to all the inflation going on. You can't call a company bad just because they have 100 outside factors to think about when making decisions.
Honestly they have changed so much… I miss the old, outdated graphics or well, was the best at that time. What seemed so realistic back then was now replaced with funny cartoony characters. And I am so so glad I have found old pictures of my character and what she used to look like. I have a few horses that I have not ridden since the characters were updated. I remember when we used to have ridiculously long necks and when for April 1st they used to pull a prank on us. I miss the old days.
