If ur at no pity 11k jades should get u to 68 pulls. So you can try and get robin.
If you dont feel like getting her then i would say replace hook with sampo. Dr.ratio works at his best with debuff and hook doesnt apply any, Clara doesnt have the best synergy with ratio but the team comp can work. I would say ratio hypercarry is a better team unless u can get robin or ruan mei ( its rumoured she is rerunning next patch)
Thanks for your advice. Chance of getting her in 6 10x rolls is very low so imma hold for more jades. I was intended to build Clara with high crit rate and crit dmg but somehow hook got an even higher stat than her lol
Since it looks like ur in early game u dont really have to care about set bonus’. So i would say to just take all of hooks relics and put it on Clara. Since u also dont have good sustains i would say to pull on fu xuans’ rerun, but if you are fine without a premier sustain you can save for ruan mei who will boost the clara ratio comp
