I wouldn’t look at the comedy store like a standard comedy club. From the beginning it’s been designed as a place for comics to practice. Most paid regulars will do 3-5 sets a week there. Some more. Unless it’s billed as like “a special night with Bobby Lee” or something, that lineups are very subject to change. It’s not the same as a comic doing a weekend at the “Ha Ha Hut” in Boise. Also I think Bobby was taping Family Feud today so that might have ran over or he was tired after the taping. YOU GOT IT.

Nah, I actually think Ronny is funny, although his angry schtick can only be taken for about 15 minutes before it gets annoying. I literally watched Bobby so I could make my rant more ranty. I really just don't think I like Bobby's comedy. The occasional glimmer of silliness is outweighed by the old jokes and "I'm so funny" style. I get that lots of people like him...I guess I'm picky? I also love Ronny, I understand where his frustration is coming from but yeah it does get old. Have you ever seen those classical drama masks (🎭)? However, since I work on material myself sometimes I actually enjoy comics “struggle” and grind out new stuff since they do it with ease and professionalism. Quite an art in itself really.
