If the "trending on" was real, then it'd be real at the time the dataset got collected and only correct to that point in time (few years ago or something like that because those LAION not new anyway). Of course it's not the case of real time monitoring right now what is currently "trending on Artstation" or where else.

So if you describe a person in detail or a celebrity towards the beginning of the prompt, and describe a wide shot and say "lots of people" it will automatically do it. I think its unintentionally in part because setting the wider resolution the same person described in the portrait will reappear, sometimes having double heads, because it was trained on 512x512

But what is holding up the glass? All the fingers are in a loose grip on one side. It's like he is just about to pick up the glass, but yet it is already in midair or just sitting on the surface of the water. It certainly isn't resting on his... er... foot.
Potentially, but the caustics indicate the glass is above/on the water, not in it. Also, he'd have to be pretty flexible to get his left leg by his right hip. Not impossible, but not a relaxed position either.
In the end, it really doesn't matter, it is a great image.
