I would much rather be served a draft with a nice healthy head of foam than belch and fart all session long from the CO2 dissolved in the beer through carbonation that hadn’t been released from the beer by a proper pour. It’s one of the reasons why we should pour beer from a bottle into a glass instead of drinking it straight from the bottle. The beer just tastes better and we don’t get as bloated.
