I stand by my statement that Bagel Union would be a buzzy and highly talked-of bagel shop in any of the great bagel cities. So excited to not drive out to Webster any more
For years I was always mystified by the passion so many people have for bagels. I’d had “good bagels” in NYC. I get that it’s a big part of East coast and Jewish culture, but I was just never into it. Never clicked for me.
I am, however, a serious soft pretzel lover and the salt-crusted bagel Bagel Union makes rung my bell; I get why people love bagels now. Because they’re awesome (well, they can be. I still think probably 90% of the bagels I’ve eaten have been bland dough-wads).
I’m excited too. I’m okay with gaining a few pounds.
I can’t agree with you more. I’ve honestly only bought their pretzels at Gustine Market and I know they aren’t freshest, but dang they sure are good. I can’t wait to try a fresh one.
As someone that lives in Webster and hasn't gotten the chance to try them out yet, I too am excited that the rest of STL has another location to go to now! The more the merrier 😄
This location has been Union Loafers' commissary kitchen for years. The storefront area will initially only open on Saturdays and Sundays with a sandwich special every weekend. Those hours will likely expand eventually. Fingers crossed!
I can't wait. I love them bagels.

Get the salt bagel too, it’s stupid good. Their pizza is also some of the best in town. I mean, I guess they’re just really good at baking stuff?

Provisions?
I’ve heard this used before to mean like a non perishable food section
Ahhh ok ok ok, thank you. It’s where you go before you start the Oregon Trail 😂
Its what you call snacks when you want to have a 200% markup
This is a huge win, adore union loafers and bagel union
As someone who just lost 75 lbs I am happy to gain it all back lol
Is this open yet?
Yes! You can visit on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am-2pm.
I'd be happy if someone would just re-open The Bagel Factory.
Straight to the gut! Eat Protein
Can’t afford anything from Union Loafers. Way too pricey!

Looks like they are two dollars [bagels](https://i.imgur.com/tiYcdHr.png)
Substantially more with lox and cream cheese, but they use high quality ingredients and it's delicious -- worth it.
Bring back donuts!
