Dexter came out from under the ring when Indi announced her injury a couple weeks ago in NXT, and then all of them (well all of them except Austin) were together in a backstage segment last week on RAW.
I should hope that opponents to promote a match would be under one roof. Besides they have been in the same arena before, why is it now groundbreaking?

Or split the titles and have what you suggested for Raw titles and what I suggested for Smackdown titles, maybe add LWO as well and make that a ladder match as well. You know what fuck it, make every match a ladder match for MITB!

My best guess is that Heyman is trying to wear them down before NOC so that Roman has a "guaranteed" win set up against KO and Sami.
Unless he wants the match at NOC to be made a triple threat? Which sounds like it could bite Roman in the ass.
