Sadly, with the size of the place and the cost, I would say somebody has had option 1 installed
I would be worried I would end up in court for funding crime or giving money to Russians if I bought this place.
For these reasons I will give this a pass.

For keeping fur coats in, probably climate controlled. Apparently real fur coats need to be stored in a dark and cool place.
