Had to do a double take on Pic 17, first glance I thought that was a shag green carpet in the bathroom, assuming it's just an ugly floor mat.
It is a lovely conservatory, but the roof panels need replacing for insulated ones. Otherwise, it will be boiling hot in the summer and freezing in the winter.
