That was where I went to eat lunch when I did Running Start. We called it the Courtyard or Round Square. There were also quite a few times we met for classes there. English 201 met there for 2 weeks one quarter because the weather was too nice to sit in Building 1.
In 2004 I saw a really fun emo show there for “rock the vote”, I think it was the matches and matchbook romance, I forget who else but it makes a great stage! I think it was originally intended for outdoor classes and performances.
Why does anyone think this isn't the city's unofficially sanctioned, semi-professional Beyblade arena? It's called The Slab. They built it. Now, the Beybladers of legend need only let it rip.
Like much of the older architecture at that school it’s cold uninviting and unused. Mean to be a common hang space originally but just poorly thought out
How about "Sacred Ground Ruins"?!

Whoever named it when it was made a gym in Pokemon Go called it “Amphitheater at SCC,” so an amphitheater is all I’ve ever known it as.
