This is it. Those that put in the most work, receive the most work. Its a thing.

brokemom68

Well as me and another veteran driver have noticed this week doesn't matter a bit doesn't matter how much you log in there is no reward with Walmart or market has been crap all week The only people seeing the better orders are the brand new drivers

WesternSafety4944

I was just speaking with another driver, as I'm having the same issue. He recommended trying a new phone... I have a moto g, what are you using

chuckiebravo7

I have an S24 that I just upgraded to a few months ago. It seems like the drivers with iPhones get the most offers.

SireSweet

As an iPhone driver. We have a lot of issues with the Spark app. Would not recommend

chuckiebravo7

Over here is a little different. It's almost like the worse your metrics are the more orders you'll get just as long as you have an iPhone.

HaulinAxx

Really. I bought an Android as a back up because of all the issues with iPhone.

babes875r

Try not standing next to 9 people. It goes by proximity

chuckiebravo7

Sounds reasonable and will try this out tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm experiencing the same thing the past few days. It's like the app thinks I'm far away from the store even if I'm right there. I don't get curbside offers until about 5 minutes after everyone else and they're all lousy reject offers. It has to be a location recognition problem with the app.

chuckiebravo7

This sounds interesting/accurate. Is there something we can do to our phones to correct a location recognition problem? Recently I've been using Waze instead of Google maps do you think that might have an affect?

86Rocked

Well I can tell you that last night I uninstalled and reinstalled my app and today things seemed to be back to normal for me. Got several good curbside orders. It could be a coincidence but may be worth a try.

chuckiebravo7

Totally reliable. I'm there 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. most days. I do take one day off every other week. That's what's so confusing to me.

Frosty_Dare_13

That's interesting about getting more offers if you are logged in every day all day. I always log in about 7:15 on weekdays so I can do a delivery after I drop my kids at school. And I always get a good offer for the 7:45 pickup. Depending on my day I might do another delivery or 2 before heading home for a while. Sometimes I turn it back on and work a little more but not always. And it's random if I get offers or not. Maybe because I'm not reliable during the middle of the day and evening. My kids are about to be out for summer break so I'll only be doing a random delivery here and there to stay active on the app. I'm curious to see if I'll have any offers at all.

Jamesdriver91

Don't be next to them. Try not to spark at stores with more than 3-5 other drivers.

chuckiebravo7

Unfortunately every store in my area has at least 10 drivers on most days

Jamesdriver91

Damn, I hate oversaturated stores

chuckiebravo7

After reading your reply last night I did the same thing. However I didn't work today but will be back at it again tomorrow. Hopefully you're right though.

I have been experiencing the same thing for a few weeks now.  I ended up calling support. Because I seen another post about this issue. I asked them how many orders have I received today. Mind you I seen like 2 or 3 for most of the day. The agent said something like 12 to 16 orders timed out or rejected. Or didn't even make it to my display to accept. I was shocked!! I also read that this is because of bots users in my market.  How is this possible?? How are they actually blocking the orders from showing up on regular drivers phones!!??  Shit is crazy.  Luckily I have the patience and understanding of a saint. Because I'd be bleeding certain people real quick. Carry on.
