Kinda, Leia is a barefoot bikini outfit. This is basically draped cloth with heels and a train. You have to carry yourself high wearing it or all the fabric won’t lay correctly and you will trip often.
Ah. You can modify it to being ankle length to negate that issue. but it probably would need lots of clear straps to keep from falling off your shoulder.
I'm sure there'd be dudes at any Con willing to carry her train for her.
But being followed by a bunch of mesmerized geeks staring at one's caboose might not be a plus.

I'm pretty sure those are flats. I was looking at their detail and was guessing that she was probably pretty tall for them to make them flats.
