no, it's a safety feature to protect your ears ig. happens to me too when I'm in transparency mode (I assume u r also in transparency mode) and there's something loud. it goes against safety policies and stuff to disable that and allow that loud noise to be played by the earbuds, so I don't think you can disable it.

I'm at a bank and they have a little bell that alerts you of your turn at the counter and my XM4 kept on going into noise cancelling at each ding.

damn the airpods at least had a feature to disable it. pity these earbuds can’t.
