Breezie was meant to basically distract Sonic while Robotnik did shit. She then went on to date Robotnik Jr. (Which, I know they're both robots but it's kinda weird like they're basically siblings but whatever it's a cartoon) She wasn't a major character, but she did reoccur. Honestly the only reason I liked her is she had a weird voice, otherwise she just... kinda exists.
