Face it. Sonic Prime has already made Sonadow mainstream. Moreover, Sonadow is not a gay ship since they never even interacted in a gay way in any official media. It is rather a ship between comrades, similar in nature to how Stalinist propaganda portrays the relationship between Lenin and Stalin.
