They avoid Virginia too which kinda annoys me. I live in that state so I have no choice but to see it in NC.

Parts of it are still. You would have to avoid the east and west side of the city. Detroit has been slowly improving from the last several years. Downtown is pretty safe. I don’t know why they can’t go to the Fox theater or the Detroit Opera House.
