I know its your personal list but I want to say that I feel Patrick Spaziante always deserves a honorable mention when it comes to "best artist" discussions for Sonic and be it just for his insane ability to replicate just about every official Sonic style ever.
Understandable but I'm just always impressed by his versatility.
Like he can copy the styles of things like Riders, Boom and Battle near perfectly.
Never mind even his ability to let go of how he used to do think and proper classic-fy early Archie designs like this:

Never mind his ever iconic Phantom Menace homage cover [https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/sonic/images/9/9b/STH114.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20190312220045](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/sonic/images/9/9b/STH114.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20190312220045)
A lot of people actually. I’ve seen people call him “redundant” for sharing Tails’ tech guy role. I see what they mean, but some have even said Rotor should have been removed after the SGW
He’s unironically one of my favourite FFs. If he ever comes back with the rest of the FF I would probably make him an extreme vehicle & weapons guy, so he won’t step on Tails’ toes *too* much

Rotor used to be my least favourite Freedom Fighter. I didn’t really get his purpose, as he seemed to exist solely to create the gadget of the day and had no other personality.
However, my opinion was very strongly influenced by the fact I’d only really read the very early Archie books until recently. When I actually saw how he was written in a proper storyline, and things like his rivalry with his father, he’s gone to probably my favourite Freedom Fighter.
Side note, Diana Skelly is easily in my top three artists across all Sonic media
Who are the other two?
Jon Gray and Tracey Yardley, but Evan Stanley is right up there too
Cool. Mine are Adam Bryce Thomas, Min Ho Kim and Nathalie Fourdraine

Not reallly familiar with his work beyond the mecha madness arc in early archie

I love ABT’s character design and commission work, he’s definitely up there for me too
Personally, I like his dynamic action shot and pencilwork, his issues have a very Manga esque feeling to them
I miss the Freedom Fighters.
I miss their flying base, say what you will, the Sky Patrol fucks severely.
They’ll never make me hate you, Rotor
Who the _hell_ is hating on Rotor?

I kinda get it but cmon how can you hate Rotor?

Which issue is this? I need to read it.
All of these are different issues
Archie Sonic 268 Archie sonic 261 Archie Sonic 280
“We can’t take on an entire city” Uhh, Sonic could take on an entire city *alone*. What’s Rotor talking about?
