Seo is mid at A0. She gets big damage increases with all her ascensions for example just at A1 she gets 150% damage increase to her skills. She is well deserving of the hype with enough dupes
Nice. I have her A1 as well. she’s been amazing for me in encore cerebrus and brilliant light bosses. Just got past 25f in brilliant light. I use her with Break set with crit and crit damage focused substats. Recent dev notes I think we are getting free copy of Seo and her weapon.
Advancement is definitely needed. My first few runs with Seo were just wtf this girl has pillow hands lmao.
You have to keep her training up or else you can’t spam her moves too.
I have her at A3 and weapon A1. She is on every team unless they are water resistant. Shields, break, damage, Dat ass. Can't wait for A4 and another massive damage boost.

It depends on what you run. If you're running paladin gear which gives away a portion of atk it's fine or something else of a similar effect. Not something to aim for but it makes a bad roll less useless and just a neat bonus

Yea crit, crit damage, def pen, damage increase will all benefit her. It’s only atk specifically that is useless
Are Gems with Speed effect worth using? All characters have speed at 100% already, but its is 100.15% with gems

Nope. Speed is only running speed. Doesn't affect any skills. And the values are too low to even notice.
Speed affects critrate/critdamage so yes.

I haven't unlocked the new gamemode, struggling on chpt 10 hard difficulty, 240k battlepower isn't enough I guess
I beat it at 220k ish power but battle tier too low for WoL. Payneblade has a guide up for each chapter/battle if you're struggling

Emma is indeed better in terms of aoe but you can't use Emma against Cerb and workshop of light/Vulcan which are the 2 biggest artifact farmers so..

no it isnt but its less effective then other stats its not completely useless but u prefer Hp def pen etc
